Very disappointed for the price of the product that it came in plastic I thought paying high brands it would of been gift wrapped as such

I'm sorry to hear you are not completely happy with the service we provided.

The RM Williams belt you purchased is supplied to us loose and not inside any special gift packaging. And although we package our products very well for delivery, we do not gift wrap any of them.
