Flawless International Purchase from Italy to Australia
We had a fantastic experience with Tomassini. We purchased an Edra sofa and armchair from them and, as we’re based in Australia, all communication was handled via email. The entire process was seamless from start to finish.
The team was incredibly helpful with fabric and leather selection and provided thoughtful design consultation along the way, which made the decision process much easier and genuinely enjoyable. Communication throughout was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and the ETA they provided for shipping from Italy to Australia was accurate.

Tomassini Arredamenti: Outstanding selection and service
The team members at Tomassini are knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. This is the 3rd time we buy a large number of furniture pieces from them. Each time they have done an outstanding job in meeting our needs, helping select the right finishes, and then packing and shipping the furniture.
We recommend them without reservation and with great enthusiasm. We have dealt with many furniture dealers in the past, and none matches their selection, quality, and detailed attention to the customer -starting with the selection of individual furniture pieces (whether an iconic masterpiece or a simple chair), to the ordering, customs paperwork and shipping/delivery.
We should add that Tomassini's workmanship in packing is nothing short of extraordinary (we have had them ship over 70 pieces in the 3 separate occasions, and not even a single item came damaged, including very large glass tabletops).
Of course a company is only as good as its people, so we would like to recognize and thank Sabrina and Serena for their wonderful help, professionalism, and dedication at every step of the process.
