Toggle charged my Credit Card without Authorisation
I got a charge on my credit card at 1:27am while I was asleep.
I do not have Toggle software installed on any of my devices, and I did not sign up for, nor authorise, a recurring paid subscription.
Google tells me this is a common occurrence as it appears to be done via Pop-ups in Facebook - Toggle VPN should be prosecuted for this.

Trustworthy
I signed up for the free subscription but ended up not needing it. I cancelled the subscription before the free trial date ended but did not receive any acknowledgement of the cancellation.
I emailed the Toggle VPN customer support and was attended by Lucy who very efficiently assisted me with checking my cancellation status. Very quickly, I received an email from Lucy confirming my successful cancellation with no charge implemented.

Scam!!! Do not use toggle VPN!!
I cancelled the free trial one day after signing up. I got several emails confirming the cancellation...so far to date, I've paid for two months of service that I can't even access because my account is closed! I've filed disputes with both PayPal and Google, but haven't spoken to a human at all!!! Infuriating! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! ITS A SCAM!!! I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before agreeing to their free trial...ugh. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I've sent all the information that their bot "Lucy" asked for...several times, but I always get the same AI generated messages back! When I've submitted the charge info, I never hear back! Total crap! I'm now going to report this to my bank and put a stop payment on them.
