Remaining balance disappears

Bought here a number of times. PaysafeCard works well. BUT: when I don't use all the money in the first transaction and try to use the remaining balance months later, it's gone! And this wasn't a one-time incident. It happens every time. I don't share my PIN with anyone.

The big question now is: where does that remaining money go? Does WKV somehow access these PaysafeCards and use the balance, or is there an issue with PaysafeCard codes being compromised?

It depends on how long the balance remains unused. According to Paysafecard's terms and conditions, fees may apply after six months of inactivity, which will be deducted from the balance.

Have you already checked your PIN or balance using the official balance inquiry service?

Happy to take your money

Happy to take your money, but then block card for no reason whatsoever.

Can't get an answer from email, fb messenger, and it appears the WhatsApp number they have on their FB page isn't theirs! Well that or the block enquiries.

Your cards(PINS) will get blocked

Hello.
I purchased couple of 100 euro paysafeacrd PINS from this website . And after a month or so 3 of them got blocked for no reason .I contacted WKV and they asked me to contact paysacard directly and refused to help in any way. I contacted paysafecard and they told me to contact WKV support to help solve the situtaion and didnt even aknowledge WKV as an official distributor .THEY HAVE ZERO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEM. Now wkv kept refusing to help me or solve the problem . But paysafecard accepted to help me. But paysafecard support asked me for my passport , bank statments, screenshot of emails with wkv, screenshot of my account on wkv. I again asked wkv to atleast to help and contact paysafecard to confirm that I purcahsed the PINS from them again they refused to get involved .Eventually paysafecard agreed to give me a refund for the blocked PINS after I sent all the required documents and they didnt tell me the reason why it got blocked .But when paysafecard asked for my bank details ,I gave them the same bank that I used to purcahse the cards from WKV . they said that they dont deal with my bank.I contacted WKV again and sent the email that paysafecard accepted to give me a refund and asked them to help to get a refund to my bank by collaborating with paysafecard they refused again and blocked my account .So dont buy from this alleged OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR , they will not help at all with your cards and paysafecard will treat as you bought the PINS from a shady store

The purchased pins were not blocked by us. But from Paysafecard. The buyer has a 14-day right of return.
However, he only got in touch months after the purchase.
The pins were purchased from a country where Paysafecards cannot be used.

If there are any problems, please contact us in good time.
And not just weeks, months or years later.

Amazing!

Great experience! Paysafecard take 2-3 days to deliver and thats ok. Support is responsive and they reply quickly. Bought more than 120€ from them. Really great service i reccomend using wkv.

Cards are not valid in most of the worlds countries and locked to, i guess Austria. Useless, support don´t answer and i guess the card is useless....
