I had an issue with a parking transaction and reached out to Wemolo support. Maja handled my case with exceptional professionalism, speed, and kindness.
She took the time to investigate thoroughly, explained the situation clearly, and—despite the payment window having already passed—resolved the matter as a one-time courtesy. That level of understanding and customer care is rare these days.
What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a very positive one thanks to her efficiency and customer-first mindset.

Wrong license plate manually entered and problem solved
I entered the wrong license plate when paying for the parking and noticed the day after. Contacted by email and got a reply very fast solving my problem.
I would use their service again even though having no network coverage on the underground for such service is a potential issue.
