Easy to renew with them - clear details of what is and isn’t included and a choice of packages to choose from. All in all pretty good. I’d like to mention Ethan who was the the service agent that contacted me and helped get the policy in place.

I spoke to Jessica on the phone who was very professional & polite with me. Very easy to deal with. I wasn’t easy to get hold of either which she was very understating about.

I purchased a vehicle a couple of weeks ago with a warranty with Warranties 2000. This is the first experience I've had with a 3rd party warranty company, and so far, it's been brilliant.
On the drive home from the seller I purchased the car from, the dashboard lights pinged on. Typical! I called the warranty company on the Monday morning and they very helpfully talked me through their process. I got the car to a garage for a diagnosis, and a few days later, I had an email breaking down the cost of repair. There was a small issue on the repairer's side where they'd quoted the wrong price for the wrong part, but a call to Warranties 2000 sorted that out quickly. The whole experience has been incredibly easy and at no point was I concerned or left wondering anything.
As an additional note, the two staff members who assisted me were fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the first lady who initiated the process for me, but she was lovely, explained things comprehensively and sorted everything for me. I hope Warranties 2000 are able to pin this review to her so she gets the feedback she deserves.
The second lady, Elisha, was just as brilliant. She answered my query very helpfully regarding the repairer's error and managed to sort the issue within the same afternoon. She was kind, funny, and, as it turns out, psychic!
A company to have staff like the two who have assisted me is a very lucky company indeed. Thank you ladies.
