I am thrilled and happy to have passed my CeMAP qualification. Initially it wasn’t easy especially when you look at the volume of the books to read but honestly, I was able to locate their resources materials which really helped me. I am most grateful for their support and would always recommend them over any other institute.

Terrible onboarding experience and deeply flawed proctoring system.I recently sat my first exam with LIBF (Industry, Regulation and Key Parties), and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. My exam result was completely voided after the fact due to an "incomplete desk scan," despite the fact that I followed the system's exact instructions. There is a severe systemic flaw in their Integrity Advocate proctoring software:Misleading Software: The system walkthrough explicitly states that it will automatically prompt you to rescan if your initial setup scan is incomplete or blurry. It gave me the green light to proceed without any warnings, only for them to penalize me after I spent my valuable time sitting the entire test. Administrative Carelessness: When I appealed, their customer service department completely mixed up my file and sent me a formal email addressing me by an entirely different student's number (R78605), proving they aren't even reviewing individual cases properly. Now they expect me to pay a £120 resit fee for a glitch caused entirely by their own software's misleading instructions. I have had to formally escalate this to a Stage 2 Complaint and will be reporting the matter to Ofqual if it isn't resolved. If you are looking to study professional banking or finance qualifications, be warned that their automated systems are highly flawed and their support team is incredibly dismissive.

Having been away from this level of study for a very long time, I was initially very worried and wondered whether I would be able to complete the qualification on time, particularly as I have recently been diagnosed as a neurodivergent individual.
I have to say, I cannot compliment Brightspace enough for its excellent, easily accessible learning materials, and for all the appropriate adjustments that were made to really help me excel. I couldn’t thank them enough and feel truly empowered to continue my studies. I am now looking into further qualifications.

I really find this programme perfect for people working while studying. The flexibility is the best part! you can learn at your own pace and take the exam whenever you feel ready. If you’re not ready now, no worries you can just attempt it later whenever you feel ready.

For CDCS, it does need deep understanding, but it’s very manageable if you stay consistent. No need to stress and just go through the materials properly and things will start to click. The support materials really help you build confidence before the exam. I recommend this 🙌🏻

Glad to share that I have achieved my CSDG re-certification for the third consecutive term. This is one of the most challenging & valuable certifications I have acquired in my career so far. I was handling Guarantees & Standby LCs prior to certification. However, my confidence level in handling complex guarantees significantly boosted since my initial certification in 2017. The course is well laid out and structured in a straightforward way. Online forums are helpful for students to discuss and clarify points with the team.
I would have liked more detailed feedback for each module, however. On coursework, the feedback is generic and maybe a 1 liner to say pass/fail; exam answers are not revealed, meaning students dont know what they got right or wrong. This would assist the learning process as students can learn from mistakes going forward.

Completing the CPCM with Walbrook Institute London has been a very valuable experience. The programme provides a clear and well-structured overview of key payment topics such as SEPA, SWIFT, liquidity management, and regulatory frameworks.

What I found particularly useful is its strong alignment with real-world payment operations, especially for professionals working in banking, fintech, or cross-border payments. The content is concise yet practical, making it easy to apply in daily work.

Training material and constant follow ups to keep update or progress is great. Upon completion I submitted the diploma available (downloable) from LIBF expecting to be the one that I received latter. The 2nd has porwerfull impact in your Linkedid profile so would it be good if the users are explained about this.

I recently completed the Certificate in International Trade Finance (CITF) course with Walbrook and had a very positive experience.

The course is well-structured and easy to follow, even for beginners. The materials are clear and cover all key topics effectively. The practice questions were especially useful in preparing for the exam.

The online platform is flexible and user-friendly, and the support team was always helpful and responsive.

Overall, I would highly recommend Walbrook for anyone preparing for the CITF certificate.

Unfortunately the company has removed the option of doing exams in physical test centres. This adds additional pressure and concerns to students whether their device is compatible, and the very risk of technical failures on the exam day. Neither the website they use for taking exams remotely, nor LIBF/Walbroom customer service replied with a clear response on the technical aspects. All responses were a 'may be' or 'should be' with links to help pages, but no straight responses, despite clear specifications provided. Both teams referred the question back and forth, at the end said you have to buy the course before you can access a testing system to see if your laptop is compatible. It's been a disappointing experience. I hope they care enough for feedback to allow the option to go to test centres.

I studied for my Diploma in Asset Finance over the last 15 months.

The website was straightforward to use, study materials were comprehensive and exam booking was simple.

Overall, I found my experience to be very positive throughout and would happily study through Walbrook/LIBF again.

Please beware. I gave my test at home after months of prep, and according to them my recording at the time of exam being stopped for some reason. Now they will take 110.00 resit fee. I asked to give exam at their test centre to avoid this issue but they don't offer to give test at one of their centre. Very fair practice for making money by telling people that you violated terms of exam. Easiest way for them to make money now!

Completed all 3 CeMAP exams with LIBF, coursework was very straightforward and easy to navigate - purchased the mock exams which were very helpful too. Would definitely consider Walbrook for any further qualifications, my only reservation would be you can no longer sit exams at Pearson Vue and it must be done remotely.

When I started my career in financial services (many moons ago) I looked at both LIBF and CII. The CII was very exam heavy with lots of reading and no real practical work, where as LIBF (then IFS) gave a more practical approach, coursework, report writing etc. along side exams. This really works for me so I have stuck with the plan and about to sit my last FS exam, unless they bring out more or I start all over again 😁
