We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, we'd like to clarify that at no stage do we state or imply that any work will be carried out free of charge. During the booking process, we explicitly advise that a tradesperson will contact you to arrange a convenient appointment and provide a quotation for the work required. This ensures customers know they will receive a quote before any work is undertaken and can decide whether they wish to proceed. Our independent tradespeople set their own prices based on the scope of the work, and we believe it's important that skilled professionals are fairly compensated for their time, expertise, and workmanship.
Having spoken to the customer, they advised that you quoted £120–£170 per m² for the work and felt this was too expensive for concrete paving. While we appreciate that every contractor sets their own prices based on the scope of work, the average cost for concrete paving is typically £15–£40 per m² for materials only, and around £65–£130 per m² fully installed, depending on the product, preparation, and installation method. The customer declined to proceed on the basis that they considered the quotation to be above market rate. We wanted to make you aware of the feedback as part of our review of the case.

My bad for being succered in by the sales man and the promise of helping local people avoid dodgy traders. However after the constant pressure to pay, and now being chased for the final payment I feel like my money is being wasted and I can't get hold of them to cancle my order. Seems really pushy for a company trying to 'help' local people.

While we always encourage our members to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible, our service level agreement allows up to 24 hours for a response. We actively monitor response times across our network, and if a tradesperson consistently falls outside of our expected standards, we proactively engage with them to understand the reasons and support improvements to their service.

Need evidence this company is real.
Iv had multiple calls from this company, "were looking for a good company in your area for our elderly customers aswell as advertised on our website" I thought ok sounds good.
Next question i had "where are you based?"
Alarm bells rang
The guy was pushy to get me set up today, I asked for a a hard copy from the women when she called to sign up.
2 min after putting the phone down the guy was on the phone trying to talk me through the website. Sounds like its £250+VAT to advise to nobody.
