The customer service was slow to respond, and the refund process took forever. I was disappointed, but I hope they improve their quality control.

All products leave our warehouse in new, unused condition, so when an item arrives damaged, we must investigate the shipment with the carrier, which can add time to the resolution process. Once a refund is issued, it typically takes 48–96 hours to appear, depending on the credit card provider or bank.
