Mismatched colours
Shoes were ivory and the matching bag was supposed to be ivory but the bag is a really yellow cream and nothing like the shoes. You can't email, you have to call and my anxiety doesn't do speaking sometimes. Had to buy elsewhere as no time before the wedding.

Order never arrived, dodgy shop
Horrible, it looks very dodgy this shop as my order never arrived and when I contacted them they say I had to contact RoyalMail like making me responsible for my parcel . They said the delivery was rescheduled but still never arrived then called them and no one answered. I’m very frustrated about how things has been handled. Still waiting for answer!

Hello Rachel, once our orders are handed over to our selected couriers we rely on them to deliver them in a timely fashion. If this is not the case we have no extra power than yourself the customer in finding out where this order may be. In this case we took it upon ourselves to find out where your local depot was and make contact with them and arrange a redelivery.
As delivery was initially unsuccessful due to 'the property being inaccessible' this is most likely the reason the redelivery was again unsuccessful. This is also the reason it is better for the customer to ring the courier office as they can ascertain how and why the property was unable to be accessed by the delivery personnel and organise either a safe space or an alternative way to deliver the parcel, that is something we are unable to do.
We apologise you got no answer when trying to get back in contact. We are a very small family run business with only 2 employees sometimes with only 1 in the office, this person may have been busy or preoccupied when you tried to call again.

Great service. Two pairs of the shoes were to big. They swapped them without going through the return and reorder process.
