One side doesn’t fit correctly. Leaves a gap between the frame no matter how I try to position it.

Great on-line experience
The website was great with plenty of help in identifying my sunglasses model. The lenses I chose were perfect & of great quality. The only problem I had was that the accessories (screws etc) I was offered for my model were not the right ones - had to use the originals 🥴

I'm really fussy about sunglasses and the lens I'm looking through. I bought polarised amber gradient after calling there service support. Fantastic lens- Way less than Oakley original

non scratch lenses scratch easily.
I bought two sets of lenses for my glasses (which I should say plastics as not made from glass no more)
ray bans and oakleys, the only reason I bought from sunglasses fix they offer a non scratch resistant sun lenses.
the first day my glasses dropped of my head knee height on the floor and got scratched so I emailed them and they set out a replacement.
so I wore my ray bans with sunglasses fix lenses in, same thing happened again but theses was the premium lenses.
I emailed them again and showed pics as before and they did send out another set of lenses.
just be warned ladies and gentlemen these lenses do scratch very easily then original lenses that comes with the glasses/plastics.

Sunsational service.
I’ve been holding on to my sunglasses for years hoping to get replacement lenses for the prescription lenses I had put in them- and are now useless. The service from this company was brilliant. Clear instructions and superb packaging and reasonable prices for a good quality product even from across the world. I installed the lenses myself and fumbled the first one as I was scared of breaking it but needn’t have worried. As long as the water is hot enough it works a treat. I am thrilled to be able to wear them again.

Great quality product, arrived on time
The product arrived on time, it was exactly as expected, and now my sunnies feels like new but for a small price compared to buying a new pair, would definitely recommend. I like that I was able to customise my lenses as I did not want the polarised filter.
