Terrible customer service. Ordered a powder online - delivered with a rip/hole and powder leaking out. Ignoring my emails about it.

I purchased a pair of Hoka Clifton 11 from Run Hub on 7 July 2026. I chose an Irish business and the shipment was very fast. An email confirmed delivery and the service was professional.

After a few days, I discovered a problem with the right shoe. The heel was sinking into the sole. I contacted Run Hub to report the issue. The representative was very understanding and asked if I had worn the trainers. I confirmed this and he informed me that he would speak to his supervisor. He promised to contact me within an hour.

However, he later informed me that the trainers would not be replaced because I had worn them. This lack of customer service is concerning. It appears that the trainers have a manufacturing defect and the Run Hub is unwilling to stand by its product.

I would advise against purchasing from this business.

First time experience with the Run Hub. Had my Gait Analysis with Maddie this weekend. Words couldn’t do justice for how lovely she was. She made me so comfortable and was full of chat! Having worked front of house in a 5 star hotel for 4 years - her natural, exceptional customer service is something extremely sought after.
She gave me so much assistance, shoe options and made the entire process so simple for me. She knew so much about each shoe, but if she didn’t know something she made sure to find out for me. Thank you so much Maddie! I hope I meet more people like you. Best of luck in your masters degree :) You will go places and I’ll definitely be back because of you!

I booked to have my gait analysis done in Aungier Street and my experience couldn’t have been better. Everyone was so helpful and the staff are passionate about what they do. I left with much more knowledge and a pair of shoes I’m very happy with. Would highly recommend!

I went to the Run Hub Coolmine for a gait analysis. I was met by Tara a highly experienced marathon runner who knew what she was talking about. She carried out the gait analysis in such a friendly and informal manner while explaining all the information. It was such an interesting and fun experience. Young lad Lee from Coolmine shop looked after me, he was great help from explaining everything and with heavy detail he took his time not rushed and had me try on nearly every shoe in the place until I was happy. Well recommend sound pal

I was very well looked after by Tara in run hub Coolmine. She did my Gait analysis and explained everything very clearly. Tara never hurried me and reminded me to take photos of my results. When it came for me to try on some runners Tara gave me a variety of runners and never rushed me. Upon choosing my runner I later found out that Tara herself runs. I will definitely be returning to run hub Coolmine and hopefully Tara will still be there providing a great service and expertise advise.

My order was just dispatched next day and I received it quickly. I try to visit runhub strores whenever I go to Dublin and I always have the best experience.
