I ordered 3 packages which were quite expensive and only 1 arrived, I contacted the salon and was told it was an error on there part and the other 2 items would be sent the next working day not much of an apology given it was more a rushed answer, when they arrived the package was open and soaking wet, I would not recommend.

We would like to confirm that the two remaining items were packed and sent by us in the original parcel through DPD. According to the DPD tracking information, it appears that the package may have been damaged during transport and was subsequently repacked by DPD. Based on the delivery instructions provided in your order, the package was then left under the chair in your garden as requested.
We sincerely apologise for this unfortunate situation. We always do our very best to maintain the highest standards when processing and packing our orders, and it is very disappointing when issues like this occur during transit.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will send you an extra discount code to use on your next order.
