WARNING

WARNING: TGI AG and TGI int and TRIGON GOLD – Possible SCAM, Official Investigations & Regulatory Bans

I am invested in TGI and there is a chaos internally ...

MLM Projects more than Gold STAFF

I am writing this review to warn potential investors based on the latest official information. While the company has many positive reviews, these must be viewed in the context of serious legal actions taken by financial regulators and law enforcement. This is not a standard investment, but one that carries a high risk of total loss.

🛑 Critical Official Actions
1. Razzia & Criminal Investigation
On June 2, 2026, the Liechtenstein Public Prosecutor's Office raided the TGI AG offices in Vaduz. They are investigating the company and its management on suspicion of commercial aggravated fraud, money laundering, and violations of banking laws. This is a criminal investigation, not just a simple warning.

2. Prohibition of Sales by Authorities
The company has been ordered to stop selling its core products.

The German BaFin has prohibited TGI AG from publicly offering the "Customer Basic 2%" and "Customer Basic 2% + Treuerabatt" products in Germany because they lacked the legally required prospectus.

The FMA Liechtenstein also banned the sale of "Customer Basic 2%," "Sales Premium," and "Sofortrabatt" products, stating that the company was operating an unauthorized deposit-taking business. They explicitly advised against investing in TGI AG.

❓ The "Gold with Discount" Question
The offer of "Gold with discount" is the central hook. The mechanism works like this: You buy physical gold, but instead of receiving it, you agree to wait up to 36 months. In return, you receive monthly "discounts" of 2% on the purchase price, totaling up to 72%.

The Core Question: The critical point is how TGI finances these massive discounts. Critics and forum users point out that a company cannot sell gold at a massive loss without a steady stream of new investors' money. This is the classic structure of a Ponzi scheme (or pyramid scheme), where early investors are paid with the capital of newer investors.

The Source of Money is Unclear: TGI claims the profits come from trading gold. However, there is no independent evidence to confirm this, and the official actions by regulators suggest that the business model is not sustainable or transparent. It is a risky investment, not a safe guarantee.

⚠️ Conclusion
Given the current criminal investigation, the sales bans, and official warnings from multiple financial regulators (BaFin, FMA Liechtenstein), the TGI AG business model is under extreme legal and financial pressure. The promised discounts are not risk-free returns. This is an opaque investment model with a substantial risk of total loss for investors.

My advice: Be extremely cautious and do not invest. Existing investors should urgently secure their documents and seek legal advice

I run an independent transport and…

I run an independent transport and haulage network from Birmingham, meaning capital asset flow dictates our entire weekly operational survival and long-term planning. The representatives presented an incredibly convincing facade, complete with sophisticated automated trading algorithms that falsely simulated compounding market gains over a meticulously designed dashboard. Blinded by their aggressive professionalism and the seemingly legitimate regulatory documents they supplied, I confidently transferred the vast majority of our liquid assets directly into their offshore treasury accounts. The trap snapped shut right after I refused to pay a series of highly arbitrary, fabricated international compliance and anti-money laundering tax penalties demanded by their generic helpdesk. It became abundantly clear that I had fallen victim to a massive corporate identity theft scam, and that my capital was trapped entirely outside the standard legal jurisdictions. Facing the terrifying prospect of total financial ruin, I desperately sought professional intervention and retained the services of (FiscorpAdvisor). Their cyber forensic specialists immediately set to work, bypassing the fraudulent company facade entirely. Because they relentlessly followed the real money trail rather than relying on the fake data interfaces, (FiscorpAdvisor) executed aggressive legal disputes directly against the complicit payment gateways. Against all odds, they successfully forced the recovery of roughly seventy percent of my stolen corporate assets, effectively saving our business from bankruptcy and restoring my faith in digital asset recovery.

Refund takes too long, solvency issues?

Case: 90002952
My message: I cancelled the investment on time, and I requested full refund after turning out that OVB agent mis-informed me. He told me I have my money is insured, while the insurance only affects the TGI "Volumen", and there are no details. Therefore I immediately requested this. The below answer is few weeks old now, I am dissatisfied.
No refund yet as of today May 27, 2026

Good day
Thank you very much for your message. It may take a few business days, so we kindly ask for a little patience.
Thank you for your understanding. I wish you a nice day.
Best regards

Second answer: They switched to manual refund

I had to initiate a legal action and spend money to finally get my money back (I got it back with bonuses so my costs were covered). To me this is concerning.

Excellent time had!

We came on Sunday 20th July at the Xscape Castleford restaurant and was served by a very happy, bubbly guy called Tom. He introduced himself and mentioned it was his second proper shift incase he was a bit slow. We got our drinks fast and he recommended the Fajitas to me and wow. All food was delicious. It did take a little longer to come out which Tom apologised for. But it was worth the wait. Overall we had a great time. Tom was excellent, food was delicious and the vibe was great. Will be frequently coming back! 5****

Great Service

Our little group had a pre-theatre meal which was delicious delivered by the delightful Leslie. All true. However, if you write a 5star review and show the wait staff, you get a 20% discount off the bill.
