Their customer service contact number is useless. I tried calling them at different times but nobody picks up. I also sent a few emails and that is also not responded to. I don't know where my order is and there is no update... this is the third working day since ordered and their promised delivery time is four working days. Till day three there is radio silence

Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere for better service. I ordered two pairs of shoes and returned them within the withdrawal period. I've asked for a refund via their contact form three times already, but I've received no response and no money back.

The goods arrived without any issues and on time, exactly as stated in the confirmation email. The skates were brand new, with no signs of use or wear, and at the best price I could find.

Their website look very legit and honorable but buying from Tennis Town is everything but that. I shipped 3 items back but never received a refund. They don't answer any emails. The company basically scam people so stay clear from this webshop.

Ordered merely some strings. With the product itself everything alright. However... I paid 15 bucks on top of an 80 Euros for delivery to Switzerland - already a hefty fee for delivery. Then, some time after receival of the product, I got hit by DHL by additonal charges of over 25CHF for the delivery. So, 40 for the delivery of an 80 buck products, a 50% price top-off. Ridiculous and intransparent and the last time I'll be ordering here for sure... Can only recommend to shop elsewhere as a Swiss customer where you won't get...

Ordered shorts for our soccer team. No mail or communication what so ever. It's long overdue and I cna't cancel. They obviously don't sell stock and fake the delivery times. This behaviour is unacceptable and looking at the other reviews it's their common behaviour.
Short: Buy somewhere else!

I ordered a pair of shoes, which arrived in 3 days as promised. Everything went smooth. Happy customer getting my item at cheaper price than elsewhere.

I was initially wary because of people's experiences here, but decided to give it a shot since I didn't expect to deal with returns (ordered a backpack). An extremely attractive price, easy ordering process, quick delivery in Germany. Honestly, nothing to complain about. It also appears I ordered the last available item as it was immediately sold out after I placed the order - thankfully, I didn't experience any issues with that either (e.g. it actually being out of stock).

I was scared because of some bad reviews in Trustpilot, but hopefully I can’t say anything but great 👍🏻 I ordered a pair of sneakers and got them after two days what is amazing. The price was waaaay cheap than other stores and a perfect quality. Btw I got two Gutscheins also one for “weinfürst“ - 40€ and second for „bootsschule“ - 35€. Thank you Tennistown.

went to buy from this site, the translate to English does not work on all aspects .Found it very strange that they won't sell to you unless you give them your date of birth.They have good product but between sections not translating and demanding your date of birth I gave up and will purchase elsewhere.

Would avoid.
No delivery of product ordered end of July (Karakal Hotzone 120 strings). In the end after about 2 months of back and forth and being told to wait until a certain date, turns out product is not available. Asked how I would like to do to proceed. Said, please cancel and reimburse. Cancelled instantly, but never reimbursed or stated I would be reimbursed.
Sent 2 or 3 emails asking when I would be reimbursed over a couple of weeks.
Eventually reimbursed about 18days after I'd asked to cancel the order and be reimbursed, but never actually received any response.
1 star because the communciation had been relatively good initially.
A second star because I did actually get reimbursed which is more than some places do (even though it's illegal not to!)
Minus 3 stars for not providing the product, ignoring emails and wasting so much of my time trying to get reimbursed. Ordered in July, it's October now and I still have to source the product elsewhere. Poor service/experience overall.

Ordered shoes for Badminton, got here on time, that was fine. One shoe was faulty so I sent it back for replacement as instructed by them, on my own cost and it has been now 50 days and I still haven't got my shoes back. Service is very bad, you should avoid.

Fast delivery, items as described, good support.

Tried to send something back and informed them two times within the two week window (according to AGB) but received no response at all.

They sent me a faulty racket. I have tried to contact them - which is not easy at all!
No one is answering on their "phone numbers". No one is answering on their email.
I finally got in contact on their google page.
They do everything to avoid helping me. They just stop answering. And when i asked them when they can help me - they answered with "wt f" "in 2 month"
They do not have ANY customer service. They won't help you if something is wrong. STAY AWAY!!

CAUTION THIEF. I ordered for 125 euros of products paid with my credit card. First they make believe that I never paid then they told me that finally the goods have been sent. Nothing happens so I recontact them and they told me that nothing has been sent so they will refund me straight away. Again false, liar, never reimbursed. Then they said to me that it is a fraudulent card and they wants the copy of my credit card on both side. It's a joke. With all my codes!!!!!! Finally never refunded. I was stolen of 125 euros. I will now file a complaint with the respective service in Germany for theft. So one advice: never try to order to this online shop ! They are thieves.

Bouht shoes from Tennistown.de. Everything went as just promised. Bought Adidas adizero ubersonic 2 ltd shoes with very competitive price (in July 2019). Everything went smooth. Fast delivery considering it was over seas delivery and cost free (standard shipping). Shoes arrived to my local post office in Finland in about a week. The shoes were the right size, in Tip top condition, new with tags in their correct original Adidas box (also with correct tags). Good communication via email from the start (order confirmed, order shipped,etc.). Nice Tennistown-cardboard-pocket inside the shipping box with invoice and return labels. Aslo there was a 30€ gift card to a German online clothes shop. Super. There was also enough time to send the shoes back if I would have had to return them for some reason.

The WORST store ever.
I ordered boots from them and they reused to let me return it.
I used a forwarding service in Germany to ship the item to my country so it took a bit longer until I recieved the item.
I contaced tennistown after 35 dayd so the 30 days period was over.
After a few days with no response they replied that they won't accept a return because I contacted them too late. When I asked before why they don't respone they answered that they don't have to, they also added not to send the shoes anyway because they won't refund it no matter what.
I tried to contacted Salewa and they tried to contact tennistown but they still refused the accept the return.
This company advertise FAKE PHONE NUMBERS!!!
It's a corrupted busiess that no one should work with!!
