Bought goods that are defect, called and complaint and now dealing with rude staff . Instead of reassuring me and sending me a replacement its "we have to investigate" this is a joke. This shop apparently does not stand behind its good and does not care to keep the client. It is take the money and run mentality mission ?Their staff refused to give me the email of the owner which can be found on the net. Beware buyers this is not a trustworthy company and not one that seems to wish for repeat business .. Lousy experience

Smooth transaction if you're aware that it'll take a bit longer to arrive. I saved a decent amount of money vs buying from the UK, but it did take a little longer due to our customs process. ParcelForce also charged me VAT again, but Sport Thieme refunded me for that cost within 1 day of emailing them. Good service in my opinion.

I otdered an item and paid for it in full. I then found the item a bit cheaper in my home country. I emailed Sport Thieme and asked if I could cancel. They were very good about it and emailed me back almost immediately. They cancelled the order and said they would issue a refund no problem 👍

I have only had positive experiences from this company and have ordered twice. The weights arrived fantastically packaged. My son is currently training with them now. The postage is high but the weight of the product is pretty heavy and its because of where it is coming from. Its a choice as the prices are very competitive and I know shopping around for 2 teenage boys. It really has been a good experience for me Julie Salmon

They let you order something saying its in stock and will be shipped on a certain date, in my case 2nd or 3rd Dec so in time for Xmas... U hear nothing at all, finally I'm replied to and told its not in stock and it's "on the sea" so it won't be here for Christmas. Now it's too late to order elsewhere.
Awful company.
Basically said "we will refund you or you can wait"
I will never ever use again and I'll be spreading the word too!

It’s despicable , made an order on 21/10/21 , delivery came only on 2/11/21

Items are not as I have purchased from them online, instead they send me cheap eBay gymnasts apparatuses not even matching the size of purchase….

Please never purchase for this company it’s a scam!

Waiting for more than a month for a trampoline I ordered for 310 euro and can't reach them, they don't reply on an email and I thought they were dutch as they have a Dutch website but they behave like a scammer.
Still didn't get my goods that should have been delivered.

On 7/2/2021 I placed an order for about £150. I never received the good's. Can't reach customer service. Can't track the order properly. It has been more than 100 days since the placement. The company behaves like they are a scammers. Even if the case is resolved, I wouldn't buy from them again. I lost £150 to them for a poor email.

This is an unserious company with bad customer service and bad terms for shipping and returns. They charge much more for shipping than most companies and the customer also have to pay for shipping when returning an item. They see it as the customers responsibility to pay for shipping also when a product is faulty.

Don´t buy from this company!

Ordered several items on 31st december, still hadn't arrived on 28th Jan, emailed several times, totally pointless trying, such a poor company they refunded £27 and completely ignored me, i asked for a full refund not 5% refund as i havent received any of my goods.

Arrived in very good packaging, well protected. Comes with a top quality robust, canvas storage bag. Also includes an easy to follow instruction manual. Three interchangeable compression springs of different grades come with The Bullworker.
White, Grey and Black, I am 70+ and use the white spring for upper body exercises. Then use the grey spring for leg exercises. Overall I am pleased with The Bullworker as a method of home fitness.
