Terrible company.
First they delivered wrong product and didn’t want to admit it.
In second order one part was missing.
I asked then to send the only one missing piece but the company didnt agree.
Finally I wanted to send that order back and they made me back return costs even though wasn’t my mistake that I didn’t get a full product.
At the end I didn’t even get my refund.
After few emails they sent a pictures of damaged product and said that I did it !
Very unprofessional.

They don’t do what they promise, in their website and also the item you order it says order before so and so time next day delivery, but they do not deliver on next day. When you call them they would say it’s advisable to collect from store and they put blame on transport company. They won’t have proper answer when it will be delivered. Very disappointing. Be aware of that.

The delivery was fine.
the quality of the sin is very poor, it cracked in the 4 corners and has plenty of marks inside without being used.
i put a protection at the bottom and a bucket inside so nothing touches the surfaces, but still plenty of marks in one week of use.
not worth the money.

You should check if your customer service replied to my email since yesterday 10:03 (last email I got from you) , then I provided more evidences to your customer service at 10:21 yesterday, then i sent another email at 19:06 yesterday, just let you know the model what i received. and i sent email to inform you to return my order this morning at 10:30 because i give up completely. NO REPLY ANYMORE till I write review here! I tried to be nicely to communicate and provide all pictures what I can do via emails since Wednesday. and I can not use my kitchen for a week!

I can give 0 star, I will do that!!! THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TO GIVE LOW STAR IN MY LIFE FOR MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!
So disappointment with your customer service and not professional at all. I got the wrong order (the one i got is completely different with website picture and description) and i kindly communicated with your customer service representative and took lots of pictures and highlighted the difference between your picture and product what i received, however, you customer service insisted that the website one and the one i received are the same products. I am not blind and don't want to make trouble. but they are obviously different products. I have nothing to say. i searched the model what i received, finally i found out that the one i got is M1718, BUT I ORDER M1720. I don't care if the sticker on the package mentioned M1720, but the product is not M1720.

Last but not the least, I need to pay the shipment fee 7.5 EUR to deliver and when I requested return, I also need to pay by myself for shipping fee--7 EUR, this is the first time i see the shop ask customer to pay the return shipment fee. so in total I paid twice shipping fee for your mistake! this is unfair, you should pay back the shipment fee to me!

for any customers, it would be better to pay this shop after receive the product, not pay in advance, this is my experience!
