Absolute and total scam!!

Absolute and total scam!!!

A gentleman rang our doorbell and then vigorously knocked on our door. He was incredibly friendly and started with "Do you know Joe and Kristy next door?" I said yes. He said, “Well. they just signed a contract and we will be doing work on their home tomorrow”. The longer we talked the more aggressive he became. He was difficult to get rid of. I asked if he could give me his card and he said he didn’t have one. So I said, I'll see you tomorrow when Spidexx does their work next door. He said something like, “OK, I’ll leave without a contract.”

I then saw him walk across the street to another one of my neighbors. After he left, I went over and talked with that neighbor. She said that the Spidexx representative had told her that I had signed their contract!!!!!!!! An absolute total lie!

Of course, it was no surprise when they didn’t show up for my next door neighbor’s “pest removal” he said was going to happen. So you can add another lie directly from the Spidexx company.

So now I’m writing this review and If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would.

The person representing Spidexx outright lied to me and my neighbor in hopes of scamming us into signing a contract for something we would never receive.

So, if you see a guy standing outside your door wearing a Spidexx logo, just close the door!

It’s too bad that companies like this can stay in business when their main goal is to steal your money.

Stop Harassing People

You are the only Pest company that sends your employees out doing door to door sales as if it’s 1950. Not only do you go around begging people for business using high pressure sales tactics but you’ve came to my door TWICE IN TWO DAYS. I’ll hire the company that doesn’t ring my door bell multiple days In a row begging for business! My neighbor works 3rd shift so I’m sure he’s thrilled that Spidexx has now woken him up 2 days in a row begging for business! No legitimate company goes door to door using high pressure sales schemes in 2024!
