I got my quote in 5-7 minutes, its not taking to much of your time. I got surprised that the price of insurance is so much lower than others.

Fairly smooth process
Easy process, the only hiccup was the initial quote got lost in cyberspace and had to redo it again, not the most pleasant to re-enter VIN and licence numbers again; did it since you had a competitive price.

Expected a better digital experience.
1. Performance of the website. Scrolling up and down doesnt respond properly.
2. The emails and sms are not perfect. Have considerable delay.
3. Customer service training needs to improve.
4. Quotes should be editable. Your quote generation application must be outdated.
