Ordered a pair of trainers on the 9th I’ve sent 3 emails asking where my order is and 3 times it’s come back failed at sending website doesn’t load there is no contact information except email… STAY WELL AWAY!!! BIG SCAM!!!

i bought a 2 pairs of sneakers from them in june and still have not received them . please be caareful with this site and if you cant use paypal of some other pay system with them to get your money back dont order

Ordered runners. Got no order confirmation so became suspicious. No delivery , no contact number, order placed 3 weeks ago. No reply to my emails.

Ordered trainers end of April. Not been delivered. was told 72 hours delivery. Tried phoning them... number doesn't exist.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered doc martens back in december. Expected seasonal delays. They have since informed me that they no longer have the product I ordered. They have offered to return my money but now (a month after this contact) I still haven't received a refund. I've tried contacting them several times but to no avail.

Bad service! No tracking number provided, delivery to wrong address, defective product and no response to multiple emails or calls to their customer service phone number.

Honestly, I felt scammed and thought I lost my money. It was impossible to contact them or get a reply. After a few weeks there was a sign of life and I received a standard email saying refunding was impossible due to the current situation.

They offered me an alternative for the same amount. I was angry and replied with a reaction demanding my money back and that I wanted to speak to someone on the telephone. Didn't expect to hear anything.

The next day I got a call from one of the owners. He offered his apologies and explained the situation. I agreed with an alternative and received it this morning. I believe that they try to do their best to solve the problems they created themselves. I give them credits for this, because I do believe they did not see this storm coming.

Still disapointed though that I had to order my Dr. Martens somewhere else and are now stuck with double expenses.

I had to wait 2 months for my delivery and they did not answer any of my messages during this time.

I ordered, like many of us, a pair of Dr. Martens during Black Friday. I already expected that the delivery will be delayed, due high peek season for logistics during these days. Which was indeed the case.
The reason why I am giving a One Star rating, is that they didn’t communicate at all. They could at least send a mail to inform every customer, whom are facing the same issue. I am disappointed on how they handled this situation. It got out of control and they didn’t care at all. I will never ever order from Sneaker Shop again. The disrespect is real!

Yes, like many people I ordered Dr Martens shoes on Black Friday.
Yes, like many people I had to wait for some time for the shoes to be available.
Yes, like many people I grew impatient.
Yes, like many people I had some difficulties getting in contact with sneakershop.nl.
But the main delay in the delivery was finally due to the fact that my package was lost by bpost, which is completely NOT the webshop's responsibity. Once this problem identified, a new delivery was made in two days!
So yes, I would order again in this webshop.
And yes, they should now better know not to underestimate the power of Black Friday :-)

Didn't deliver the shoes after 2 months, not getting money back since they don't respond to mail, phone, whatsapp, facebook etc.

As many others have already mentioned, I also ordered a pair of Dr. Martens boots on the 29th November and I still haven’t received anything. They only replied to one of my first emails saying that the shoes are going to arrive in 1-2 weeks but after a month now and after 10+ emails and calls, they haven’t reached out to me. I asked multiple times to cancel my order and give me a refund but still no reply. I am extremely disappointed and I advice everyone not to buy anything from this horrible website.

Some weeks ago this website had good reviews.
since black friday it's a disaster.
many people did not get their order.
Website says that I have been refunded while I did not receive anything.

Nobody is answering via email , phone, website, facebook, ...

100% Scam!
I bought a pair of shoes during black Friday/2019 (expected delivery time of 3 days) and after 5 weeks of no news (no answering the e-mails nor phone) they said that it will be better to cancel the order because they "think" that it will be difficult to have them on-time...
This is not serious!

Absolutely disgusting service.
Tried to contact them many times about my order, I ordered Dr martens on the 29th November and I still haven't received them.
I had contact in the first week explaining the lack of product they had, but was reassured my item would arrive before christmas. I have messaged and asked for a refund since and I haven't had any response. Im disgusted how people think this is ok. This site shouldn't be allowed on the web. DO NOT BUY.

SCAM! No responses - no product

Completely relate to every review below. They are a scam company, they in fact don't have the products that they sell and have listed on their website. They take your money and hope you don't say anything. I would understand if they had been honest and said look we don't have the stock please wait a month, I probably would as it sure is a good deal anyways. BUT the fact that they keep onto your hard earned money, and ignore your constant contact, that itself says a lot. SCAM!!!

I ordered Panama Jack shoes on BlackFriday. After 4 weeks still no shoes. Contacted them several times via Email/ phone and was finally able to cancel my order via their WhatsApp number. I finally received my refund 2 weeks later. What a terrible customer service and a complete waste of time!!!!! I will never order here again.

My daughter bought Dr Martens at Black Friday for 130 euros, it is Christmas now and she still didn’t receive anything, no boots, no mail, no money! If this is not a scam, can anybody tell me what it is than?

In the meantime, January 2020 received the boots, no explanation, no excuse, nothing! They probably hope the unhappy clients will forget to send them back..... Now we even have to do the effort to send them back, after sending them messages we want the money back. Lets see how this will end....
