Received item broken
Took almost 2 weeks to receive my order. When I received it, the tripod head was completely broken off. When I reached out to customer support on the same day with pictures through email, it took them 4 days to authorize a new one to be shipped. I still haven’t received my replacement and it’s been a total of 3.5 weeks since I originally ordered the tripod. Horrible service! Very unhappy!

Order never arrived
Well I placed 2 orders with smallrig. One arrived as expected, but the second one has been seating in “processing” for almost 3 weeks. I looked into and found out it’s being sent to a random address I never lived at (despite me placing another order that got to my place without issue). I raised a case to ask for a refund and haven’t heard anything from them since.

Excellent product
Excellent product. I would suggest you to make a better user manual. In particular, there is no description of how to change the battery and the user may be confused if they do not move the bottom part and release the battery door. I am talking about the L bracket for Canon R5 mark2 and Canon R6 mark2.

I needed some parts for my lights
I needed some parts for my lights. I was quoted a price and specifically asked the parts be delivered from Canada. However, they came from China and I had to pay import duties on top of the price quoted.
I should have been informed of this before hand.
By the the parts are great and so are the lights.

Almost perfect
Looks and works great! Except for one small concern, the X-Clutch hydraulic handle has a small wobble/nudge when used. I fear this will lead to its earlier degradation compared to the tribex's other components over time.

I would put 0 stars if I could!! Ordered a cage that says it fits the Sony A7V, initially it seems to but it DOESNT! Cage fell apart seems to be made with very cheap material. I got that cage within 2 days of ordering. Well since it doesn’t fit and I need a cage I ordered another one. I ordered it a week ago and the order is STILL processing. Extremely unprofessional on behalf of this company 5 business days have gone by and my order still isn’t processed. This will be my last purchase from this company. A huge fail on both ends. Poor customer service and extremely poor actual service. The cage itself did not fit my camera that it said it would, took it to multiple camera stores they said the same. I thought this was game changer but it has been a complete waste of time and money do not shop with small rig!!!
