As someone who rarely attends formal events, I had no idea what to wear or where to start. I ended up at Skopes in the Outlet Village, Swindon, and I’m so glad I did. Joanna looked after me from start to finish. She didn’t just recommend an outfit, she took the time to explain why each piece worked for the occasion, which made me feel much more confident in my choice. Her knowledge, patience and honest advice made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back. Excellent service.

Was seen to by gaz, lovely bloke couldnt be more helpful or professional, visited skopes in meadowhall after walking round for too long skopes was the best shop for this sort of clothing.

Have used skopes many times and the service is second to none. Quick delivery and good quality suits for a budget price. Quick to refund (only due to ordering 2 sizes of trousers, not the quality) and great customer service

Ordered 3 trousers & received the trousers all altered in length from a long trouser & they are all baggy. Never expected this from slopes.

Visited the Metrocentre branch to look for a wedding suit. Great service- special thanks to Anna who made sure I had all the sizes/styles I wanted to try and offered guidance and advice. Really pleased with the suit and would absolutely use again.

Can't rate Skopes highly enough. After visiting another well known suit shop for a suit for my larger than average husband for our daughters wedding and not being even a little bit impressed by the lack of interest shown by staff. I went home and ordered a suit online from Skopes. Customer service from the start was fantastic. Had to send some bits back and reorder until we got the right fit. Not Skopes fault. Nothing was a problem and refunds were promptly sorted. Thank you Skopes.

The suit was great, got it at a great price and the service was very good could have done just with an update on where the delivery was up to otherwise everything else was very good. Fantastic value for money, this is the 3rd suit i have purchased from Skopes

I have ordered 2 suits and I got the wrong size for the trousers. I have sent these back by post through their portal and emailed webcustomerservices at skopes.com 3 times in 5 days to request the correct size sent back in time for an event I needed them for. My emails have been completely ignored. The online purchasing system and customer communication is extremely poor.

Great excuse but nowhere does it say in the email No Reply and I have emailed the customer service email. Still stand by my feedback and it is disappointing to see you reaction. I guess it's not worth keeping a loyal customer so wishing you all the best.
