Deposited a StatTrak Shadow Daggers…
Deposited a StatTrak Shadow Daggers Factory New (112 in their coins). At checkout the page showed "Instant top-up limit left: 46.00" right next to my deposit. Their rules text says "top-ups over the limit will be funded after 8 days", which any normal person reads as: the part over the limit waits, the rest goes in now.
Nope. Nothing goes in now. The entire item goes on an 8 day hold, and the 46 "instant limit" displayed on the screen means absolutely nothing for that deposit. It's buried in a FAQ entry that the interface never points you to.
Talked to support (Chris). Three times he wrote that he understands why the wording is misleading and that he "escalated it to the team". Three times he refused to do anything about my case. Not the 46, not a bonus, not a single coin of goodwill. Just "sorry for the misunderstanding" copy pasted with different words.
So to be clear: they know the wording is misleading, they admit it in writing, they keep it on the site, and when it catches you they point at the FAQ. That's not a bug, that's the business model.
If you deposit skins here, assume the worst reading of every sentence on the page. Or better, don't deposit at all. I won't again.

Deposit not credited
I deposited 8 EUR worth of BTC to my Skin.Club account and the funds were never credited. I contacted support via email, provided all the requested transaction details, and was told I would receive further information within 72 hours. That deadline passed with no response.
I then used the on-site help button and was connected to a live chat agent. The agent explained that my deposit was below the minimum refund amount, and that minimum deposit and minimum refund amounts are not the same. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was told this was not possible.
The issue here isn't the support staff — they're just doing their jobs. The problem is the system itself. Whoever at Skin.Club designed the deposit and refund thresholds — the programmers, the economists, the management — created a gap where deposits below the refund minimum can be lost with zero recourse. If the site accepts a deposit, it should be refundable.
I'd like to see a clear, publicly stated policy that closes this gap, and a working escalation path for unresolved issues.
