Hello
I have been using ShopBuddies and recently requested a withdrawal of £428.36 on 17 July 2026.
The withdrawal remained pending for a long time and was eventually marked as Declined, without any explanation or clear reason being provided.
My account still shows an available balance, and I was able to submit another withdrawal request of £300 on 3 September 2026, which is currently showing as Pending.
What concerns me is that ShopBuddies has not explained why the previous withdrawal was declined or whether there is any issue with my account or payment details.
I have contacted support and would simply like a clear explanation and for my legitimate cashback balance to be paid.
ShopBuddies, please explain why my £428.36 withdrawal was declined and confirm what I need to do to ensure my current £300 withdrawal is processed successfully.

SCAM ALERT - SHOPBUDDIES REFUSES TO PAY CASHBACK
I used ShopBuddies’ cashback link after buying a mattress topper, and the whole thing turned out to be misleading. The offer clearly showed the purchase was eligible, yet no cashback was ever paid.
When I submitted the claim manually, ShopBuddies rejected it with an explanation that simply doesn’t make sense. They claimed the “linked account doesn’t qualify” even though the purchase was made exactly the way their own promo requires.
Their customer service is completely useless. They send generic scripted answers that don't address the actual issue, and they make no effort to investigate or resolve anything.
Overall, ShopBuddies advertises a cashback system that doesn’t deliver and then hides behind excuses that don’t match the facts.

Arbitrary cashback cancellation and fake customer support
"Extremely disappointed with Shopbuddies. They arbitrarily cancelled €60 of my hard-earned cashback with absolutely no valid reason.When I tried to get explanations, I realized their customer service is a total sham. They do not have real in-house support; everything is outsourced to an external platform (Zendesk) that only provides automated, useless responses.It feels like a scam designed to avoid paying out users once they accumulate a significant amount. Save your time and money, and use more reliable cashback platforms. Stay away!"

Unjustified Account Limitation After Two Years of Loyalty – Cashback Over €1,100 Withheld
have been a loyal and active user of ShopBuddies for more than two years. During this entire period, I always complied with all terms and made legitimate purchases through their platform.
Recently, after the integration between ShopBuddies and Woolsocks, my account was permanently limited without any prior notice or valid explanation. According to their message (ticket #3184558 dated 17 October 2025), the restriction had been active since March 2025 — yet I was never informed.
As a result, a confirmed cashback balance exceeding €1,100 was frozen and never paid out. I provided all legitimate proof of my transactions, but no one has given me a clear or documented reason for this decision.
This kind of unilateral action — taken without transparency, communication, or proper justification — severely undermines user trust and raises serious concerns about how ShopBuddies and Woolsocks manage user data, compliance, and payments.
I am still waiting for a fair and transparent resolution and urge ShopBuddies’ management to review this case seriously and restore user confidence.
