Amazing shoes for standing up all day!
The website is well designed and very user-friendly. Customeer service was really helpful for different reasons. Unfortunately, my shoes didn't fit, but that's on me because I didn't noticed that it mentioned my choice as being running small and narrow. However, they were very comfortable for the half minute I wore them. The heels are super cushioned for those standing up all day and they are very sturdy. I have enquired for a refund, and it was very straight forward. Delivery was very rapid (to mainland UK), payment was secure and easy. honestly, I am just sad I didn't know about them before.

High price low quality and durability …
£89 at xmas for work shoes bought me a comfortable well fitting non slip pair of shoes that while they lasted were everything the description said they were . Then in April they literally fell to pieces on my feet whilst on a shift . The cost of these are high the durability is an absolute disgrace . Saying to the public its a quality product designed for the rigour of hospitality shifts is quite simply not true . Buy a good pair of smart black trainer type shoe for half the money and avoid the misleading claims this brand makes .
