Buy a Norwegian flight from Supersaver and forget doing an online check-in.
They changed the system. Only possibility to do the check-in nowadays is physically at the airport!

Incompetent customer service.

A while ago, I canceled a flight that I had paid for partly with a voucher and the rest with my debit card. Before canceling, I specifically contacted customer service to confirm the refund policy. The agent clearly told me that I would receive a full refund.

However, after canceling, I was only refunded half of the amount.

Since then, I have called multiple times and spoken with different agents, and every single time I received a different explanation. Each time I was simply told to wait. Now, after three months, I am suddenly being told that the voucher cannot be refunded because it was a one-time-use voucher.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I made the decision to cancel based on the information your own customer service provided. If incorrect information was given, that is not something the customer should have to pay for.

Very disappointing service and highly inconsistent customer support.

I was really surprised on how Mohini in SuperSaver customer service went out her way to help me and so quickly. She is an example to many others. Well done and thank you!

I bought an extra baggage and at check-in counter they couldn't find the baggage added to my ticket, i had to pay again!!!! Supersaver sold me the baggage without adding it to my ticket, seems like they sell fake add-ons and take money for nothing. Don't recommend this website.

Supersaver / MyTrip

I’ve now had two experiences using the cancellation guarantee I purchased through Supersaver, and both times were disappointing. The first time, I was surprised by how small the refund amount was, and that instead of a cash refund, I received a voucher for what they claim is 90% of the ticket value.

The second time, I did the math and realized they only refund 90% of something they call "air time." For example, instead of receiving 1,289.30 USD out of the 1,432.86 USD I paid, they offered a voucher worth only 991 USD—about 70% of what I paid, not 90% as the cancellation agreement suggests.

To add insult to injury, the voucher they promised never arrived, and as I write this, I've been on hold with customer service for over an hour, trying to reach someone who can actually help me.

In conclusion, if you choose to use MyTrip or Supersaver, be prepared for surprises, frustration, and endless discussions. “Fool me twice, shame on me” seems fitting. I’m done with this company for the foreseeable future. Good luck to anyone just starting out with them!

Avoid SuperSaver at all costs
Works well until it doesn't. If your flight is canceled, even if it's not your fault, expect a hassle to get your money back. After agreeing to the refund, they will attempt to discount it in various ways. Initially, they claimed a handling fee, which was incorrect according to their regulations since the airline canceled the flight. Then, they deducted an additional amount, stating that it was the value I paid for the ticket, even though they had previously communicated a different amount (only one part of the flight was canceled).

Huge SCAM! This experience has taught me that the amount you save by booking through these agencies is not worth the headache if something goes wrong.

Horrible service. Made it virtually impossible for me to check in online. Har to pay a 55 pound fee.. Customer service offering no help. Just putting you on hold for ages, and losing their composure. Made me lose my bag as well. Worst day travelling, would rather lit myself on fire and jump into a gas tank than use them again.

Never again. Terrible experience. 13.07.2022 I used supersaver to book a plane ticket. I did an error in my reservation, and tried to contact customer support.
First attempt I was number 68 in phone que.
Second attempt number 108 i que.
tried the customer chat but got rejected as the traffic was too heavy.
Next day I tried again. The chat was deactivated. Number 120 in phone que. I gave up and could not use the ticket. Money lost and a lot of time wasted.
I did not pay for a premium priority on customer support. I will never book from a company like this again. I will go directly to the airline regardless of extra cost.

Pathetic and Terrible Service. I have booked flight with additional handbags. On SAS Airline website, it doesn't reflect. Money waste, customer care is useless. Supersaver website shows many baggage on my name but in reality, they cheated. SAS customer care says, Supersaver has not paid money for additional bags. Pathetic and Terrible Service. I will never book in future.

I bought flexible ticket. After that I wanted to change my fly with another one, new one was in the same day and with the same company, but they refused to do that and I lost almost half price.

I advice not to use supersaver for any booking.
Eventhough I paid for cancelling garanty, I coud not get back the 90% av flightticket rather than electronic voucher which can expire after 12 Munthes.
I cancelled the ticket b/c of economy, but I could not get the money back.

Do not use this site. If anything goes wrong with your booking or flight, you’ll be directed to a 404 webpage and that will be the last you hear from them. Scammers.

This company dont desereve one star. Lokated in India. Epicenter of scammers. Dont book via this company. I lost over 300 euro . Scam scam scam. Dont fall in the same trap as me. Am warning you all now

Avoid! As I was ready to depart from Malta back home to Norway, I was told at the airport that the travel agency had cancelled my return ticket. I called them and they put the blame on the airline. The airline put the blame on SuperSaver. Nevertheless, I won't be using SuperSaver again.

NEVER USE SUPERSAVER!
The airline canceled my flight and Supersaver were not able to rebook my flight. I was in contact with them for a WHOLE MONTH and they lied to me countless times telling me that the flight is fixed and I should not worry for the return flight. After their own SUPERVISOR made me wait until 1 hour before the "fixed returnflight", then telling me my flight was canceled.
I ended up paying more money for a new returnflight using another company and they would not compensate me for the stress they caused me and for ruining my vacation. I will never use SUPERSAVER again and I would recommend everybody to have a plan B, if they deside to use them.

I'm her to warn you all about the scam this so called travel agency is doing.
beside all the problems people are describing here on the reviews, supersaver.no also have a link online to download supersaver app so you can check in your flight online free of charge, however that link does not work because the app doesnt exist.
after contact the company by phone, they give you an excuse that is under construction and dont have a final date to be operational.
All this leads you to apply for the check in service they provide with a cost of more than 300kr (30€) if you want to avoid any unexpected fees and delays by checking in at the airport.
On top of that, I found out that my flight costed double the price compared to the original flight company.
Now I'm completly bonded to this scam agency without being able to ask for refunds, or any online services from the original flight company because everything must be done trough supersaver.no
my advice is: find out weach company operates to the prefered routes and ALWAYS BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE SOURCE OF YOUR FLIGHT, download the corresponded App and you're good to go !

Flights booked through supersaver was cancelled by airline in February. Supersaver received the refund from the airline within a week. Four months later they still haven't paid me back the money. I have called multiple times and get told the same story that someone will contact me and I'll have my money on a few days. Still no money
