Money taken from account despite treatment not been done

I had booked an appointment in sugardolls oliver plunket street which i booked initially for 18.10pm however rescheduled to 20.30pm all of which was confirmed online. I travelled into the city specifically for the appointment only to find the staff putting the shutters down at 20.30pm. I checked my booking to make sure i had it correct and i did. The most frustrating part is the cost of the treatment was automatically taken from my account. I have rang the store on numerois occasions with no answer. I sent an email and got a response asking me was it city or wilton store i had my booking, heard nothing since this despite sending a further email.
Its extremely disappointing and i wont ever be going back there and will be encouraging other people to go elsewhere. Its an extremely poor service and to take my money with no accountability is disgraceful!!!!

Argumentative receptionist

The actually biab treatment was fine.
But the haughty, rolling her eyes, sighing and argumentative attitude of receptionist has confirmed for me, that I will spend my money elsewhere, where customers are valued a bit more.

Great at doing the nails 💅

The girls in the salon do incredible work. I got many times BIAB done with Julia and always getting my pedicure done is well there . Victoria and Liliana are so good at what they doing I must say !! The only downside is a language barrier and not engaging with a customer. Girls speak in their own language while doing the nails I would say that’s unprofessional but again I understand they prob not confident enough to speak English . Again I’m gonna say all of them are brilliant at what they doing !! Very happy with my nails every time . Thank you x

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

We got charged because we could not cancel, as the app was down and no one was picking up the phone, for two straight days.

We finally managed to speak to someone after we got charged and they asked us to send an email. NO ONE has replied after 6 weeks. I finally went in person and was told only the owners have access to the emails and they had been on holidays all summer (sent email 14th July, went in person 21st August).

After insisting, i got the manager to call me, and, quite curtly, she said she was not responsible for the app failing, and, eventually, she hanged up on me.

Really badly handed, AVOID THAT PLACE AT ALL COSTS

My name is Jamie I was in here on the…

My name is Jamie I sugardolls Blanchardstown Dublin on the on the 25th of July with my daughter we had planned a trip to get our toes done for our holiday the next day she was so excited and wouldn’t stop talking about it all morning (she is 6) the staff member looking after her was so rude and when she said she couldn’t do a little tip on the ends of her she proceeded to tell her to hurry up that she had other people do look after (she had the colour chat in her hand maybe 3 mins) the staff member who looked after me then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do a chrome shine on my toes even after I had said the last 3 times I was there I had had it done and listen that’s fine but the way she spoke to me and made me feel was absolutely disgusting grunting and speaking to me like I was dirt on her shoe. I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed so I end up having to leave with my 6 year old who also was made feel uncomfortable. We walked out in our bare feet everyone was looking. The receptionist talked to me and took my number and told me that the manger would ring me the following day. I never received a call from anyone. I have been to this salon many times and I will never be back. I also work in the service industry 20 years and I would never ever speak or make anyone feel how myself or my 6 old old was made feel. I was told maybe there was a language barrier but it wasn’t even what they said it was how they were speaking to us.

Nutgrove store - No fuss best look

I was at the Nutgrove store today. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. My narley looking fingers & toes - Siddhi nail technician extraordinaire, was brilliant and transformed them without any fuss. I will be back here often. Lovely team and pleasant experience.

Sugardolls Wilton, a very poor experience

I went to Sugardolls in Wilton twice and was very unhappy after both visits. The first time was before going on holidays and the Shellac started to chip two days later on two nails. I could not go back as I was travelling that day.
I then made a booking a few weeks later as I needed the Shellac removed. As I was told the cost was €28 to have the Shellac removed and only €5 if I had another nail treatment I decided to take a chance and I booked Ombre. I was told it would last around three weeks but again the next day one nail chipped. I went back to ask if they could repair it and was told they were too busy and had no-one free and tried to give me an appointment for a couple of days later. I asked could I buy the same polish from them just to repair it myself and was told no. I left and bought a similar polish and did the repair myself at home and never again would I go to Sugardolls or recommend them to anyone.

This was the worst salon experience…

This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The salon was completely empty and didn’t appear clean, actually it was filthy, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable.
I run a business myself,I will always no matter my mood, welcome every customer, I didn’t even get a hello from the young girl who was at reception, I was just told, “ go sit down the end chair”.
The nail technician told me she could start my nails but wasn’t sure if she’d be able to finish them,(ombré nails) I found this very unprofessional and it left me with no confidence in the service.Rather than risk being left with unfinished nails, I decided to leave the salon.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

Avoid it at any cost

I have so much to say about sugar doll in crescent mall limerick & my fault for going there again after having manyyy bad experience just coz it’s near to my house . Booked a pedicure & not again . I cut my toe nails myself as I don’t like anyone doing it for me but the girl doing it for me did not bother to even massage my feet like they always do in other salons … she buffed my nails with hardly 4 to 5 second or less on each nail soaked my feet in water … did not remove the cuticles … said I have no hard skin & applied nail polish … I could not believe I paid 65 euros for basically just a nail polish … they need to train their girls better … it’s like there’s no check & balance on this salon & everyone is doing what they want to . So unprofessional.

I always go to the Tallaght Store

I always go to the Tallaght Store. I have been getting my nails done there for three years and in that time I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience, The staff are so friendly and chatty , Nothing is too much trouble for them. One time I wasnt impressed by the colour I picked and the technichan changed the colour with no hassle. She said it is all part of the service. I will continue going to Sugar Dolls Tallaght. Keep up the good work,

I booked an appointment on Monday for…

I booked an appointment on Monday for my 40th birthday treat. During the call, I explained that I wanted "the works" done on my feet, including the dead skin removed, as well as Shellac on both my toenails and fingernails.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they only had me booked for a standard paint on my toes and fingernails, with no skin removal. They said I should have specifically used the word "Shellac." In my opinion, I had clearly explained what I wanted, including dead skin removal and Shellac on both my toes and fingernails. As the customer, I would have expected the person taking the booking to clarify anything they were unsure about rather than assume.

Because the appointment had been booked incorrectly, they said they didn't have enough time to do the treatment I had requested and told me I would need to come back on another day. What disappointed me most was the way I was spoken to. I was made to feel as though the mistake was entirely my fault, and there was no attempt to accommodate me or find a solution.

Due to my daughter having suffered brain damage at birth, I can't simply rearrange appointments for another day. Childcare and planning take a lot of effort, which is why I booked in advance.

Thankfully, I went to Regina Nails instead, and they were able to fit me in and provide the treatments I wanted.

Sadly, because of the poor customer service and the way I was treated, I won't be returning or recommending this salon.
I had a voucher and all wilton shopping centre branch

Take care of your repeat customers!!

Very disappointed with the customer service in Galway. I've been a few times and happy enough with the results (although they could definitely do with a training session in customer interaction). Yesterday I went for a file and polish (nails). There was a problem with one of the nails slightly smudging (not by me). They redid it and almost as soon as I left, it smudged as soon as I put my hand in my bag for my keys... all other nails ok. It obviously wasn't properly dry. Didn't have time to go back then so popped in the next day to have it fixed. She told me they'd have to charge for it!! Couldn't believe it... to fix one nail. It's not about the money, it's about good customer service. I won't be back.....

So disappointed

So disappointed. I’ve had previous good experiences. But this time my treat, resulted in me leaving in a bad humour. A friend booked me in for a pedicure at the same time as she was having one. I then booked myself in for a file and French polish (finger nails) 45 minutes later. When I explained this to the staff, I was told there wouldn’t be time. I tried to explain I was booked in. In the end I accepted a file and polish on my toes. When my friend arrived and asked why I wasn’t having a pedi the staff member kept blaming me! I was at the far end of the salon and could hear this going on. In the end I was so fed up, I had to ask her to stop! Very poor customer service. I had explained the bookings three times, no one listened, rather told me I was wrong. Very poor service. Please listen!

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten don’t waste your money- she removed the mask with paper and didn’t devide my toes when putting shellac on and water was cold 5 mins after putting in my feet - I have had much better pedicures elsewhere for less money
