The company was great to work with, and the shipment came in a week of ordering.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. This store shipped me the wrong sunglasses due to their own mistake, then refused to take responsibility for fixing it properly. Instead of simply providing a prepaid return shipping label — which is standard practice when a company ships the incorrect item — they forced me to pay nearly €50 out of my own pocket just to return their error.
The entire experience showed a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters. In this case, they chose to make the customer absorb the cost and inconvenience of their failure.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this store. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand behind their products or their mistakes.
I stand by my review, which reflects my genuine customer experience.
The issue was not simply the product name, but that the item appearance differed significantly from how it was presented online. Instead of addressing my concern constructively, the company chose to publicly question my intentions and characterize my review as “retaliatory,” which I find unnecessary and unprofessional.
Customers are entitled to share honest experiences, including negative ones.

The sunglasses you received match the "Ivory" color variant as stated in the product description at the time of purchase—a fact you yourself inadvertently confirmed by providing photographic evidence during the Klarna dispute, which clearly showed the item was indeed ivory.
Our return policy is transparent, accessible, and accepted by all customers at checkout: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Adhering to these established policies is not a lack of accountability, but rather a commitment to treating all our customers equally and fairly.
We find it unacceptable to use a banking dispute to pressure a company into a non-compliant refund, only to then resort to negative reviews as a retaliatory tool when those arbitrary demands are not met.
Our company stands by the accuracy of our listings and the fairness of our policies. We will not tolerate attempts to damage our reputation through a distorted representation of facts aimed at coercing us into granting exceptions that have no basis in reality.
We acknowledge your updated comments, yet we remain firm in our position as it is supported by objective facts.
To be clear: the item sent matched the manufacturer’s specifications and the description on our site. This was confirmed by the photographic evidence provided during the dispute process, which showed no error on our part. Furthermore, we find it curious that you chose to post this review using a name that does not match the one on the actual order, making it even more difficult to reconcile your claims with a transparent transaction.
We cannot overlook that your presence on this platform appears to be dedicated exclusively to leaving 1-star reviews as a tool for retaliation.
