I have to say that I love the limited edition albums special to Rough Trade. Given that the parcels are always well packaged and arrive safely. Highly recommended.

Simple ordering process and arrived quickly and well packaged

Ordered 5 signed books, 2 of which weren't signed. Have contacted them 3 times without a reply. Very unhappy about their (lack of) service and won't be using them again. Stick with Resident!!!

First time Rough Trade user, as recommended to me by my son. Getting back into vinyl, and Rough Trade had some reasonably priced albums that I felt I needed to be listened to. Four double albums were excellently packaged, and delivered within 7 days of order. Will definitely use again.

The selection at Rough Trade is always top notch and the Customer Service is always on point. I appreciate the selection of limited editions and reissues they keep in stock. Every order arrives safely and in a timely matter.

Sent wrong item even though there’s a big hype sticker with the color of the record, black, and another label on the left side with a different color, blue. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all it’s an auto reply no human interaction. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Fire the mail order department!

I ordered three Oliver Tree records, and all of them arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent, the vinyl was exactly as described, and I appreciated being able to find color variants that aren’t always easy to get. The whole process was smooth from ordering to delivery. I’ll definitely be ordering from Rough Trade again.

Great products. Easy to order. Especially like the ability to add or adjust after the order is placed. That is next level service! One of the best places to get exclusive versions of records. Shipping does usually take awhile, but they are always packaged well. These are all great looking records and sound great!!!

Rough Trade added a new piece to my vinyl collection with Sade's reissue of Diamond Life! Rough Trade's service was exactly what I had expected: professional, informative, and caring. The order was received immediately after the release date. They even followed up to ensure that I received the package and that it was in fine, perfect condition. It was! I wish other companies would take the time to communicate with their customers more.

Pre-ordered Blur and the White Stripes from the 50th anniversary series,release date 5thJuly.Recieved Blur yesterday 20th July,only after sending 2 e-mails,still no word on the White Stripes release,if your running late just let us know,it ain’t hard! I’ve always had no trouble with RT preorders before so very disappointed

Well packaged, delay explained and arrived when it stated it would. I’ve bought from rough trade multiple times and have never been disappointed. Glad to finally have the AFI record in my collection and can’t wait for my Rough Trade Exclusive Citizen record. Such a great selection and well priced!

Love the RT exclusives and everything comes securely packed to survive the transit to Australia. Postage costs are good as well - especially if over $200 (half’s the post). Great store - my go to for UK.

Always get what I am looking for, prompt delivery and usually some great value nuggets to be found.
