Amazing! From the first discussion to delivery of a bespoke piece of Jewellery the team at Regal were amazing. The customer service is outstanding. I commissioned a piece after discussing what my Wife wanted with Joshua and he understood exactly what we needed. The design was flawless and I couldn't be happier with the finished piece. What a great experience
What a great experience! I went in with an idea for an engagement ring and wasn’t sure if it would be possible - after trying lots of other jewellers, and Daniel straight away showed me exactly what I was looking for. Great experience visiting the Regal store 3 times…
I have visited the Regal store 3 times now. Each time I have been welcomed and treated with great respect. In my first visit it was my first time ring shopping and Mark taught me all about it, and really helped build my understanding. The next 2 times I visited I saw Josh who was phenomenal! He treated me and my partner perfectly, showing us the rings we were looking for and helping us decide which one we were after. Very professional.
The whole approach of choosing and designing a ring was well thought out, clearly shows their experience and ended up with 3 rings we absolutely love.
Thanks to Mark - he made choosing a ring very simple and overall a superb service.
We'd visited several other stores in Hatton Garden beforehand and Regal is a cut above. Not pushy, not just telling you to buy one ring they 'happen' to have in stock, then as you walk away just drop the price etc.
Absolutely would recommend, and would buy from them again.
