Very bad customer support
Rank Math’s support has been extremely disappointing. When issues come up, I’m often redirected to a chatbot instead of reaching a real person, which makes it feel like support is not a priority.
I’m on a business plan, and yet I’ve been waiting for help while the plugin has caused serious issues on two of my sites. That is not acceptable for a paid product.
At this point, I do not feel the company is putting customer support first; they put money first instead, and I do not plan to renew my plan.

I've been using RankMath for quite a few years. Their plugin is simple to use for both beginners and those who have been doing SEO for years. I recommend their paid plugin a lot to others. Their support responds quickly and has been easy to work with. I like their advanced features the most, I've used other popular plugins for SEO and this one has been the easiest to setup and get working with. Definitely worth the price!

Promise more than you deliver. Your features are either too difficult to set up or just dont work properly - the link genius has been running for almost 3 weeks and has failed to process any links. The instant indexing claims to obtain success in submitting URLs for indexing but on closer inspection the submissions receive a ?403 response. So is Rank Math Pro really worth it?

Rank Math gives you all of the information on your current page on how to improve on your SEO. It breaks it down into little sections so you know what to attack. It's extremely easy and worth while. The only negative is that I think some of the SEO opinions it gives is overkill. But that's not enough for me to take any points away. I'm well pleased

Appears to be working very well with 1 Xstore bug
Appears to be working very well, just as the basic model. I do intend to add AI to save time down the line.
My only gripe would be how it separates my stock lists because the focus keywords go downwards, rather than across. This seems to be caused by using Xstore but I can't be certain. It wasn't like that before adding in rankmath.

Good SEO plugin, but the support has become a disaster
Rank Math is generally a good SEO plugin. However, it has become overloaded with numerous features that most users rarely need in their day-to-day work.
My biggest concern, however, is the support. I have been a customer for many years and used to have significantly better experiences. I currently have four open tickets concerning complex technical SEO issues. Replies usually take two to three days and include neither the previous email conversation nor a clear reference to the relevant ticket. As a result, it is sometimes impossible to tell which issue a response is referring to.
Even more concerning is the apparent lack of technical SEO knowledge. Some answers are factually incorrect, make no sense in the given context, or completely miss the point. Even from simple statements, it is often clear that the support representatives have not understood the problem being described. Instead of asking a specific follow-up question, they respond with generic and seemingly AI-generated answers.
In this case, around 15 years of SEO experience on my side is met with support that appears unable to properly assess or systematically handle complex technical SEO questions. For a specialized SEO plugin, this is particularly disappointing.
It is a real shame because the plugin itself is good. However, due to the significant decline in support quality, I am now seriously considering switching to a competitor.
