Incoherent DPD tracking
I didn’t receive my order and the DPD tracking is just a big mess even if it says at one point delivered. No reply to my e-mail and nobody picks up the phone. So, not sure what I can do now.

Everything was great
Everything was great. Unbeatable prices, very fast delivery and many choises of payments, even in installments without interest rate on the price. Next time for roof box I will visit them directly.

Very trustable company and experience
The product was easy to select and buy. We were in a hurry to get the product so we called the company and they suggested to use fast delivery (at a cost). However the product did not arrive as stated, fault of the delivery company, but Rameder made itself responsible for this and returned the cost. The product arrived 3 days later but on time and everything was OK.

Total Scam
Unfortunately, I did not read the online review of this seller beforehand. This is a total scam, they claimed that the parcel was shipped on the 10th of July 2023 but they provided an invalid/fake tracking number. I've called them and emailed but they keep saying that the tracking number will be traceable tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. This is an insult to my intelligence and I need the refund ASAP in order to buy a real product from a trustable seller. The product most probably will never arrive and I cannot keep waiting without a valid tracking number.
Your answer here was really fast - totally different from the follow-up of your customer service.
Still, I cannot accept a shipment without a tracking number. I've already ordered the part in another shop and ask a refund on Paypal. Kindly refund ASAP and we can close it here.

Everything was fine!
I ordered a roof rack and a ski rack for my car. The advice via email and telephone was very professional. Delivery was quick and assembly was simple and straightforward.

PACKAGE NEVER CAME!
We have ordered a roof rack that is stuck at the post office due to the fact that Rameder in Germany (Kupplung ) only wrote the postcode on the package even though the whole adress is written on the order confitmation.
We are living in Sweden and have been in contact with the Swedish costumor service and the postoffice whom have been unable to get in contact with the supllier in Germany for weeks. We are not able to return the package as it can not even get registrated in the system. After to many phonecalls and trying to come to a sollution in Sweden we called ourselves to Germany and understood why the struggle.
First very unfriendly! They refuse to speak English and unwilling to help even if i adress them in German.
We want you to refund us 100% for the package that we are unable to recieve.
Absolutly NOT recommended! And we will NEVER order again from this company!

Our Rameder team for EU is your contact person, also in English. Therefore, we would like to know what phone number you dialed?
When you place an order with us, the shipping label is automatically created with your address stored in the system. Once the package leaves our warehouse, unfortunately, we have no influence on it!
In order for us to be more specific, please provide us with an order or purchase order number.
Customer service is very important to us and we are always trying to find a solution.
Of course we will refund the purchase price when the package is back in our warehouse and has been checked!
