What a great company!

My order was delivered promptly, I had to return one of the rugs as the colours weren’t quite right, the return process was easy …..and free ! I have just received my refund, no hassle. I shall order again , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I already had carpet from Rugvista was happy how it looked like. However I can not say the same about this checkmate green carpet, it is falling apart and some thread is coming loose. It looks really cute but quality just is not there.

Wool rug. I bought a rug from Dunelm that started to deteriorate after a few months, so I waited a few months before writing this review to confirm the quality was consistent. The rug looks very stylish, is beautifully thick, and well-crafted. So pleased. I intend to buy more from Rugvista.

Really pleased. Recommend.
The rug came folded which made me concerned, but once I unfolded it took just a few days to look normal. Doesn't have a smell and, of course, the color and the design is just as advertised. Really pleased.
