Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. I ordered several rugs, and UPS claims they attempted delivery once. I find that hard to believe, since my husband was home all day and no one came to the door or contacted us. The package was then returned to the sender without any notice to us. I only found out after emailing customer service, who told me I’d receive a refund only after they received the rugs back.
In the meantime, I’ve had to pay for the order a second time while I wait for that refund. There was no offer to expedite the replacement or make things right. I expected much better.

I already had carpet from Rugvista was happy how it looked like. However I can not say the same about this checkmate green carpet, it is falling apart and some thread is coming loose. It looks really cute but quality just is not there.

Wool rug. I bought a rug from Dunelm that started to deteriorate after a few months, so I waited a few months before writing this review to confirm the quality was consistent. The rug looks very stylish, is beautifully thick, and well-crafted. So pleased. I intend to buy more from Rugvista.
