I ordered the flowers in 5 minutes of accessing site. Selections were plentiful and beautiful.

does not let us choose the time of delivery my order is over 100$ and the rep stated she can " ask" the florist for a specific time but there is no possible way for us to contact directly nor can they provide confirmation through email.

Easy and clear instructions for order. Like that I can order a future delivery date.

a little difficulty getting the website to recognize my 25% that was promised me. - Update: thank you for quick attention to making this right. However, the flowers were delivered early?

If possible I would give ZERO stars.
I placed an order over a week in advance for a vintage bouquet for part of my wife's birthday.
The order was received, and it said an email would be sent with the delivery status.
Nothing was received.
On the day of delivery I called customer service to be told that they had CANCELLED my order.
No email , no phone call and definitely NO FLOWERS.
This clown car of a company are best avoided.
They replied that they were reviewing the order.
They cancelled it with zero reference to me. No email no text no message.
My review stands ...cowboys!!

Once again (at least the third time), I received emails stating I had a $16.02 credit to apply to an order, as well as an email stating free shipping site-wide if I ordered today.
I decided to use my credit so clicked the link. I placed an order for the "Celebrating You Bouquet" which was originally $70. With the credit applied, it lowered the price to $53.98. I selected the free shipping for three days later on a Saturday. After hitting the "Pay" button, the final confirmation arrived and the price had changed to the original $70, no longer with my credit applied.
I took several screenshots due to my previous interaction with Proflowers. I have been speaking to the company rep, Noor. He was very helpful and professional, but his manager wanted to credit my account for a future purchase. I stated that if they could not credit back my card, I wanted the full purchase cancelled and my card refunded in full immediately.
Finally, the manager approved to credit my card back $18.55 as they had also taxed based on the higher amount.
Again, Noor was very patient and helpful, but this is obviously a tactic that Proflowers uses to get more money. This is the last time I will use this company.

weird check out process and shady selling practices.
Website told me to order within a certain timeframe for no shipping fees on my order. I could understand a same day fee, but the promise via the website was that the delivery would have been free.
I thought the fee would have been taken off at the very end, and it never was, and on top of that, I didn't even get shown the total until after I paid??
I don't mind paying for flowers, but when a company uses shady selling practices to hook you in to order with them, just to not follow on their promises is really a shitty business practice. Next time I'll look for a more honest website and check out process.
