I have had no replies at all to any of my messages I have even asked them to close account due to them not responding.
Are they even genuine

Long time player, finally got my first cash win last night! Will play again and looking forward to seeing the cash appear in my bank!

Never win anything

Very interesting prizes. Really nice facebook presence!

Have sent multiple free postal entries over last few months and not one has been entered despite meeting all requirements set out in T&Cs and the draw not being sold out. ( entries sent up to 10 days in advance so they didn't arrive late )

This is illegal....

I am not sure about this competitions brought tickets today took money no tickets recieved emailed them no reply

This company has a long standing habit of hyping up free ticket giveaways on their Facebook page. But whilst they'll post several videos every day for whatever the big prize is, at least half of the days every week they don't actually post the code for the tickets. This has went on for literally months, as several people in the comments have mentioned more than once.
Finally I mentioned that it was really annoying that they make various customers wait about for an hour waiting to see if they can get a tiny handful of free tickets and instead of explaining their behaviour, they blocked me on Facebook. Dreadfully juvenile and unprofessional IMO. I've spent plenty of money on this site, doubt I'll be doing that again.

Great competitions & first time winning love it

Money gone from my account last night but no verification yet trying to log on today many times to no avail

I have sent 4 emails since 03/05/2026 to Pristine Competitions to close my Account but have received no response or acknowledgement whatsoever so I am very disappointed by this. I am hoping I can get a response here as I don't know what else I can do.

I have sent 4 emails to the only 2 addresses I can find for Pristine (Trustpilot would not allow me to include the full addresses in this review but the beginning of each address is as follows):

I have been following this competition company since they launched all I can say is they are 1,000,000 miles ahead of the rest when it comes to a quality competition or we need to do is look at the odds and compare to every other competition so you do have a chance of winning with you guys with others. You have more chance of winning the lotto than winning a car which seems crazy to me, lovely people very friendly always on the end of the line if you need help customer services 2nd to none so come on guys you know what to do these are the real deal make a difference to your life and our grand chance of winning 100%. If you could give higher star rating I would’ve keep it up guys you’re the best.

Does not enter postal entries into competitions despite all terms being met. Breaking the law.

Based on my experience

I’ve been a long time player and spent absolutely thousands with this company and have been a good customer to them I have know deleted my account but yet was still was getting daily message about competitions I have asked that a photo be taken down of me winning £500 they said they have removed it yet it still appears they are very difficult to get hold of I would avoid any competition that Do not have a contact number they do not reply to emails very disappointed in the customer service be aware !

When selling a second hand vehicle, Any rational person would expect the year and mileage to be disclosed, Not here!

Buy Tickets Regular but haven't had that phone call yet that I'm waiting on. maybe this year lol 📞😂

Scam company running an illegal lottery.
Did not included a single one of my dozen postal entries.

Dead silence received in response to contacting them via website & email.
No phone number either!
