Great service, great support, great features, great values, nothing else to say, would 100% recommend them

We went from an ageing bt phone line which constantly crackled and sounded like an old movie to this lot and it’s been really good to be fair. We’re not hugely technical but we hooked this up to our star link with no dramas at all. Very glad we did it!

I would highly recommend Premitel Connections for anyone who wants to have a digital home phone set up away from the old analogue system which is shutting down soon. Customer service is excellent. Stephen was so helpful and answered any questions I had. The whole procedure was really good, communication brilliant.
There pricing is very good as well as a great range of options . Its good to know you can still get an old fashion 5 star service.

A good service at a fair price. It made changing from analogue to IP telephony simple.

Excellent communication throughout, much patience on answering “daft” questions, everything worked as advertised and appeared on time.
TBH the biggest plus for us is that we didn’t have to do much and didn’t really notice the switch. Sounds odd but, thanks to BT, PLusNet & EE) we have no landline now, we still have our old phone number, we are paying way less than we did and for a better service and all over the internet.
I should add that our friend Pat (92 this year) phoned our (old) phone number the other day - one of the few friend who still use it but she only noticed that “the line sounded clearer”

The app SNAPmobile does not connect ot my contacts, has no call history and always says there is a problem when I open the app. However when I use it to call it works so 2 stars not 1

The only issue I had ( and probably my fault anyway ) was I found the procedure for retaining and transferring my old landline number a bit complicated.
Apart from that really pleased with communication and service. Great to break free from BT!

Fantastic communication from the outset, and setup with no issues.

Not only is the product serving purpose very well with very attractive pricing for a small domestic user, but the customer service is excellent. I have been able every time to either get straight through to a real person, with no queuing or button pressing on choices restricted to the irrelevant, let alone having to listen for ages to annoying muzak, at all, or to get a return call back made to me very soon. Which seems a golden rarity these days.
I had been attempting to switch to broadband providers who would keep my original home phone number without interruptions to the service; however, that turned out to be next to impossible in spite of assurances and supposed guarantees to the contrary. Premitel gives me the peace of mind knowing that I now retain my original house phone number whatever broadband I may switch to.
