Constant price hikes and worsened policies
They have increased my yearly prices on average 20% for multiple years now. 2021-2025 price change has been 60% while at the same time they have worsened their policies. I understand that there is hike pressure for insurance in Finland but Pohjantähti is exceeding even their self-reported price hike averages. I am very unhappy customer right now.

My four‑year‑old 6,000 € camera broke. Pohjantähti refused any payout, citing a “wear‑and‑tear” clause—even though I’d fitted the camera with a vibration guard. Customer service was icy and inflexible. When disaster strikes, this insurer offers zero real protection.
