Everything is handled really good.
Products come pretty fast and customer service responds quickly.

Overall very competitive pricing and reasonable shipping within the EU. However, advertising two items of Bullpadel in kakhi with exactly the same color on the website and subsequently be completely different in real life. Asked for a free return because the combination is completely off, but they refuse and I have to pay €15 for something clearly incorrectly displayed. Was a fan but this was my last order due to this poor customer service.

My order came missing one item ,which is a shoes ,tried to contact customer service the acknowledged that there was a technical problem and they will fix the problem
Till now they didn’t reply with any solution and I didn’t receive my shoes

I've ordered a couple of rackets for me and my friends and accessories - like overgrips, ball pressurizer, etc.

Everything was great quality and arrived quickly, definitely recommend!

Ordered a racket which was showing as in stock but has now been waiting for materials for over 10 days. Contacted support shortly after purchasing to change the delivery address, received an email saying the order was cancelled then a day later that they have updated the address. The website is saying the order is still active, I have received no refund and asked for cancellation to no reply. Poor service, conflicting emails.

Received exactly what I ordered, shoes were true to size. Tracking was confusing and showed some errors in the beginning, but everything worked out fine in the end.

The problems are returns. During order process you will not be informed about costs correctly. You see 4,95 € but this is not for germany. It is 14,95 € I paid for the shoes 94,90. For a return i have to pay nearly 30 €. They will me pay back 65,00 €. This is not correct. Beware of this strategy! buy it in germany.

I have not received my package yet. The tracking number that was sent initially showed status cancelled, had to write to you - no answer, then call to get any info. Whould have expected better communication from you, if some delays occurred.

Ordered on March 14th. Received a shipment link from UPS. On day 5 I wrote them an email to their support ticket. Support responds 3 days later telling me that they need 10 days to order the product from the manufacturer. (Shouldn't this be transparent on their website?). 11 days later and products still have not been shipped to me.

I bougt a racket and when i opened it on the grip, i noticed the grip was old and it sticked to the plastic. So it was immidiatly broken. I am very happy with the racket though. I wrote a mail to ask a compensation but now a week later i still didn’t get any respons.

Stay away.

I ordered on March 16, and they immediately said the item was shipped.
On March 17, the shipping was voided.
Also on March 17, I opened a ticket on their website to ask what happened (#1375343).
On March 22, they responded saying it would be delivered the next day and sent a random tracking number showing it was delivered to another country. They then closed the ticket immediately without any confirmation from me. Told them immediately that they sent me the wrong tracking number.
March 23 - no delivery, no further response

Update:
March 25 - Called UPS to check if they had any packages for me, and apparently they did but the phone number they had on file was wrong, so they couldn’t contact me.
March 26 - Got the racquets - updating rating to 3 starts

Avoid this store, they are cheating you!

Shipment is not going anywhere. Over 2 weeks has gone without any progress of delivery. FedEx still waiting to get package from the seller.

an absolute nightmare to deal with, ordered a racket to tenerife and after the first day the delivery company requested missing information that i provided when buying the product.I got in contact and re supplied the information but padel neustro never got in contact with correros.I tried emails with one response in 2 weeks and couldnt answer what is actually happening with my racket.Now its getting sent back from Correos and nobody has contacted me or replied to my emails or phonecalls.

Very quickly replaced the defective racket with a new one

Zero stars. Bought adidas shoes for my dad and paid 39,90€ for a return - postage by UPS both ways. So, did not keep the product, but paid more than half of the value of the actual product for postage. If you cannot offer better purchase conditions for your customers, get out of the business. NEVER again.

Everything went smoothly, the parcel it’s well packed and prices are really good.
