I ordered 2 different quality bed sheets, to be able to compare. Both were exceptional, as was the effort put in the packaging. The company kept me informed of each stage of the production and it arrived as promised. I’m especially impressed by the quality of the materials used, the effort put into the production and their communication. Big compliment to all involved.

I ordered satin fitted sheets. They are very well made to measure, at a very competitice price. The ratio quality/price is very high.
Their customer service is also great. Purocotone contacted me several times to confirm the dimensions and were very helpful. Overall great experience. I will order from them again

Quality, number of colours, tissues, stitchings and needleworks.

I’ve been very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received, though I can’t dispute the quality of their products. But for me, customer service is very important… Since they don’t provide a sample of their embroidery colors, I’ve had to order pillowcases with the embroidery to see the colors. this seems wasteful and it wouldn’t be that hard for them to have a scrap of fabric that they embroidered with a few lines of different colors. They don’t seem to hesitate to send out samples of their sheet fabrics so why would this be a problem?

In any case, I ordered two pillowcases asking for four-sided, 7cm flange, which is something they told me they could do. They had also sent me the colors of embroidery that are available for the cream percale TC 500 linens I wanted to order. They told me to indicate the special order note in the notes section, which I did—indicating the color of embroidery and the 4@7cm flange I wanted on each pillowcase. Then I got a message that there would be an extra charge for this (not just the fourth flange, but also the embroidery colors which they said were custom with the crème fabric base). I had selected the embroidery colors from the ones they sent me—at which time I had specified that I was interested in the TC 500 cream percale. So, I paid the extra price and they sent me the pillowcases. When I received them, I threw them right into the laundry to wash them, and I didn’t even notice that they only had three flanges until after I had already laundered them. They indicated that I would have to send them back, unused, to be able to get credit for my order. I tried to explain the situation and point out that it would be an extra expense– to the environment – to send them back and since they had been laundered, I knew they would not be able to resell them. In any case there has been no response to my emails trying to resolve this. I was hoping to resolve everything and order a significant amount of their products during the 15% off sale that ended last week, but they never responded back to confirm whether they would give me the €120 credit for the pillowcases that they had made incorrectly and therefore I never placed my order that would have totaled over €1,000. With more to come in the future… It’s just so disappointing to be let down by the service of a company that has such a deep commitment to the environment and makes such a beautiful products. It was very clear, even from the emails that they sent me confirming my order and telling me they would have to charge me extra for it, that they knew exactly what I wanted. I trusted that the package I opened would be what I ordered, but because I had sent them directly to the washing machine, they have refused to credit me for their mistake have not even bothered to reply to my last email explaining what I intended to order if they would be willing to issue a credit.

We received high quality, custom-made sheets to fit our non-EU standard American mattress in little more than a week.

I love the products from Purocotone and have never been disappointed with anything I've bought. This latest purchase was a set of bath mats. I like them because they're a towelling material with some genius grip things underneath, so they don't move.

The ordering and delivery process is so smooth.

Even after 5 months of use of my sheets. The quality hasn’t changed and is still as good as when it got delivered. Very happy about it. I can only recommend Purocotone if you want top quality percal cotton sheets especially if you want them out of norme measurements.

Love the duvet set, but disappointed by a defect in the handmade sheet (Order #DE-5592)

I recently ordered a custom duvet cover set and a fitted sheet from Purocotone (Order #DE-5592). The duvet set is absolutely beautiful, and I am extremely satisfied with its quality and look. The customer service was also a highlight; the team kept me updated with warm, heartfelt messages, and I appreciated the professional, non-intrusive communication.
However, I was disappointed with the fitted sheet. Despite being a handmade item, one of the corners arrived with the elastic completely detached or slipped inside the hem, meaning it doesn't gather at all. Additionally, even though both items are T150, the sheet feels significantly thinner and less substantial than the duvet cover. Given that these are premium handmade items, I expected a higher level of quality control. I hope the company can look into this and offer a solution.

Tuttavia, sono rimasta delusa dal lenzuolo con angoli. Nonostante sia un articolo fatto a mano, uno degli angoli è arrivato con l'elastico completamente staccato o scivolato all'interno dell'orlo, il che significa che non si arriccia affatto. Inoltre, anche se entrambi gli articoli sono T150, il lenzuolo sembra significativamente più sottile e meno consistente rispetto al copripiumino. Trattandosi di articoli fatti a mano di alta gamma, mi aspettavo un livello superiore di controllo qualità. Spero che l'azienda possa esaminare il problema e proporre una soluzione."

The sheet fits perfectly. The cotton is very silky and feels great. When I washed it before the first use, it had a few little cotton balls on it. I expect that it happened just because it was the first wash. If it does not happen when I wash it again, I will order more.

The product quality is very good and matches the description.
Customer service was clear, responsive, and professional.
Overall a very positive experience.

Shipping problems with DPD, but everything went fine in the end. Almost to many status updates during the process. Customer care reacted quickly and was helpful.
