I have serious concerns about using LocalBitcoins due to their high transaction fees and the recent decision to implement monthly service charges. The transaction fees, especially for transferring Bitcoin to external wallets, are exorbitant, making it impractical to move my funds. This issue is compounded by the introduction of a monthly service fee, which further eats into my balance.

For example, I recently wanted to transfer my Bitcoin, but the high transaction costs deterred me, leaving my funds stuck on the platform. This approach seems counterproductive and frustrating for users who prefer to have control over their assets.

Not sure what is going on. Lucky I didn't have any bitcoin in my account. Haven't even used it to buy or sell. Received a letter saying account has been terminated. Read online and apparently many many people have had the same thing happen and lost lots of bitcoin. Do a Google search. Glad I didn't have any bitcoin in my account. Would suggest to stay far away from this website.

A group of scoundrel thieves. They prevented me from withdrawing my Bitcoin balance because of a complaint filed by one of the stupid sellers without providing any evidence. When I contacted them and assured them that I had not violated the laws, they asked me to wait until the complainant answered them. Since 2019, he did not answer them, and after I was communicating. I lost hope with them every day, and I did not communicate with them for a year. I went back now to check the situation and found that they began imposing monthly fees on their customers, and this caused me to lose my entire balance! How can they deduct fees from a reserved balance they have? I did not leave my balance to them willingly. Truly despicable scoundrels! Damn you, you corrupt people. Damn you.

Thief. This man canceled a money gram on me then basically when I had them freeze his account he finally said he would repay after ghosting me. Just stay away. At the end of the day LBC said they need 48 hours to refund me the coin and well..we'll... is 2023 still haven't heard from them.

Bitcoin is used by scam artists please don't be fooled by what they say or tell you once you do the bitcoin transaction with the scammer there is no way of getting your money back or even reporting it, if you do manage to report it you have still lost your money.

I can't get rid of them constant e-mails! Okay I get it your closing...and draining the wallets with "admin" fees before you grab whats left...I have replied keep the bitcoins I dont want to give you all my personal information to (maybe....) get them back, thats like good money after bad considering your actions.
Just finally close now take the money and run and live with yourselves.

I have not been able to wd my bitcoin and I have done everything they ask. They are stealing. They don't even reply to support tickets. Still not allowing me to WD my bitcoins almost a year later and thinking they are going to get away with it is jyst funny. This was 1000% a exit scam a d theft on Lbc part. If you are having the same issue message me I have the legal route you can go. This has nothing to do with being a scammer hacker who Lbc allows to post on there Twitter and Ig pages freely but they delete any messages about people being owed money.
