The quality of Linen Bundle bedding is wonderful, beautifully soft and washes and irons well. Easy ordering and super quick delivery. Perfect.

I was attracted by a new design so went ahead and ordered a fitted sheet, duvet cover and a pair of pillow cases.
They were despatched quickly but then the delivery ! The company should be aware that the company they used did nit fulfil what was my contract. I had requested home delivery.
I am 86, alone and disabled. The parcel was delivered to a supermarket about a mile away. I was given no option. I have had to wait for a neighbour to return from his holidays to retrieve the parcel for me. This is not good enough.
The products are fine but the delivery has coloured my perception of the company.

Didn’t receive my order and asked for refund. They aren’t even refunding full amount, when they fail deliver their products. What a company!!!

I have already written a review for this purchase but keep getting reminders to write a review, so here we are.
As I’ve already said, the bed linen is just the best, my absolute fave. Gloriously smooth and fabulous quality. So cool and lovely on the skin. My gripe is with the packaging. No nice wee canvas bag (as seen in the social media promotion) an oversized box and the free candle lolling about in the huge space. How it survived the journey in one piece, I’ll never know. I wanted the whole shopping experience to match the loveliness of the bedding (my third set of bedding from this company) but sadly it didn’t.

Fast delivery, packaging very underwhelming for the price of products

While I have loved this brand in the past, my latest order fell short of the premium standard. My bed linens arrived in plain plastic bags rather than the nice, branded cotton bags used previously—a noticeable downgrade in presentation given the price point. Furthermore, the face cloths required some maintenance before use, as I had to cut away several loose cotton threads. I hope to see the quality control and luxury packaging restored.

Great product! I bought the core bundle and towels as a gift and the person loved them. They particularly liked how soft the material felt and that the fitted sheet had labelled the long and short sides. I would buy from this company again.
