I was trying to move Canton Network (CC) crypto from my Kraken account to my Ledger wallet Each of 5 attempts failed. I contacted both Ledger Support and Kraken Support. After following all suggestions from both groups, the issue was not resolved.
While the Support staff was friendly, they were unable to provide a solution to the issue. Kraken Support told me that it was a Ledger problem and Ledger Support told me that it was a Kraken issue. In the meantime I have a $1,000 worth of Canton Network (CC) crypto that I can't move to my Ledger wallet.
I finally became so frustrated that I told both Support groups that I would just sell the coins and be done with the issue.

When you have many people who are still learning about the crypto world, and wallets it is frustrating when you may have questions that you have no option to talk to someone. I have very little time and am trying to learn more about how to keep my tokens safe and secure.

I have been using ledger for years and it is my goto for holding and protecting my portfolio

I downloaded the ledger fake app which are almost identical with the authentic app. Even the AI was confused. I believe the company through email should direct their customers to their site. Unacceptable for the purpose of buying a wallet thus your money to be safe.

I wouldn't use this as a crypto wallet as you cannot contact support and there help articles don't help. Do not use ledger

So if you're looking for a cold wallet, definitely a quality product and interface in those regards. However my one star review comes from the lack of transparency with how billing and accounting is held. Having paid for the recovery service since 2022, I only recently ran into the issue that it would not let me change my subscription type to cancel after finally moving what was left on the cold wallet. Come to find out that it unfortunately wouldn't let me log in and kept me in a vicious Loop of unable to reactivate the account I'm logged into as it wasn't in the system. After contacting customer service, the only options would be to confirm my order confirmation from email which the only one I had was from Amazon or email that apparently wasn't looking for the one that I logged in with and will still locked in with.

All those inconveniences aside my biggest issue is when asked to verify the billing such as cards used to show that I have been paying and willing to provide bank statement showing, the company was little to no help with removing the recurring payment. Therefore if I did not catch this service that I have been paying the base price for or ready to just move on from it, it would have charged me until the end of time theoretically. Of course you can go ahead and order a new card but you shouldn't have to when you contact a company to remove a card from their system knowing you've already verified yourself. They claimed that the account doesn't exist yet I was able to show screenshots that since 2022 was I an active member and was ready to provide banking information showing the initial charges for the recovery account that match that year. Yet was still met with the same two options to either use the order subscription code given or email as if there was any other email I have. So I'd advise if you are going to use their cold wallet double check how you have payment services set up but understand they will not go out of their way to help you resolve your billing issues if your experiences anything like what I experienced. Customer service was polite but ineffective for this issue as it felt just like the standard run around which is disappointing.

Send people what they ordered i never recived my wallet i have send them messages and they havent made arranngments yet to send me my wallet

I used Ledger to secure my crypto profits. Last week, it turned out that all my crypto funds had been stolen by unknown parties and transferred to another account. It is 100% certain that neither my Ledger, the code, nor the 24-word recovery phrase could ever have physically fallen into the hands of others. Therefore, the perceived and presented security of Ledger as a hardware wallet is no longer certain to me. Pending the police investigation and the results, I will not be using my Ledger for the time being.
It must be mentioned, however, that the assistance and service provided by the Ledger organization was very service-oriented, knowledgeable, and professional!

I trust that it can be determined how access to my crypto was obtained and that measures can be taken against this.

My delivery was Not delivered by FedEx.
FedEx was one times by me and then was the delivery Date every day in the Morning at 7:00 posponed to the next day.
After 5 days my delivery was senden back to Ledger.
I was not able to contact someone from Ledger, without the useless bot.

I spend every day 1h or more time to find asolution.
Very Frustrating!!!
No Mail-Contact available, no Call number available.
Really Bad Support.

THEY NEVER HELP ME TO SOLVE A PROBLEM WITH MY LEDGER STAX that have a vignette effect, BECAUSE I DONT HAVE MY PURCHASE RECEIPT... ITS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...

Ledger live/wallet is unreliable, the very thing you need when market is hot. Always issues, bottlenecks, freezing etc. Customer service is an AI chat box not a person. Overall crap! I switched! Do not use! Also, Ledger Nano X is so tiny your thumbs are bigger, makes for many mistakes and makes everything harder. Overpriced.
