Easy ordering process. The full order arrived altogether. But it took longer than I would have expected. Also the package was ripped apart on deliver (not your fault I know but still very disappointing).

I used to order via landsend.co.uk but since Brexit have discovered the .de site, great quality, efficient delivery to Holland, what more do you wish for?

I've been a Lands' End customer for more than 20 years, and the company today is almost unrecognizable compared to what it was in the 2000s.

In the last six years, they've managed to destroy nearly everything that made the brand great. They've changed their return policy more times than I can count, and they've shifted from being known for dependable, high-quality basics to feeling like a fast-fashion brand with inconsistent quality and sizing.

The sizing is completely unreliable. I can buy men's shirt in a size Small for one style and need a Large in another, even though the measurements are nearly small. Once you finally find an item that fits well and is made with decent quality, don't expect to find it again, it will likely be discontinued or completely redesigned.

Even their basic T-shirts are wildly inconsistent. Buy three to five of the exact same size shirt, and chances are none of them will fit the same. Some are thin and feel cheap, some are baggy, others are too short, and the fabric quality varies from shirt to shirt.

Lands' End built its reputation on consistency, durability, and quality. Today, none of those qualities seem to matter. It feels like the company is being run into the ground.

What company constantly changes the measurements of its clothing every quarter or even more often? Customers shouldn't have to guess what size they are every time they place an order. After two decades of loyalty, it's incredibly disappointing to see how far this company has fallen.

The website landsend.de is only in German, which is annoying. The delivery is free to Austria, but for a fee to Czechia, which seems unfair, as Czechia is closer to Germany than Austria, where the warehouses seem to be based in. Likewise with the return shipping: free from Austria, but for a fee from Czechia, despite it being closer. The return shipping is not streamlined from Czechia, the customer needing to find their own way to ship the return, instead of just printing out the return label and bringing it to a parcel shop. I have not yet met a company that would require it. Additionally, the return process is super complicated and chaotic. It is all a pity, because Land's End is my go-to place for swimwear for many years already, and if you fixed these issues you would get 5 stars.

Wie immer, Lands End delivers quality on time! Their service is outstanding, which is why I continue to shop at Landsend.

Unfortunately I didn't receive my order but those at customer service were very sympathetic and I will be receiving a refund.

Lands end fills an important market segment: durable, practical clothing. It's never quite stylish, but it's also never bad. I wouldn't want a whole wardrobe of it, but sometimes it's just what you need.

The ordering, the updates for tracking and the returning of the items were smooth and clear.

I have been a customer of LE for many years but find that the quality and fit of some items has deteriorated, unfortunately.

After a setback when my package was sent back the company immediately tried to remedy the problem and my delivery came immediately and was complete.Thank you, Vinos - all is good now and we enjoyed our wine!

I ordered 2 items early in the sale in January. It was not dispatched until 15th January. It is now Feb 3rd and the items have not been delivered. The email informing me of the dispatch contained a link that did not work. When I wrote to customer service on 20th, they did nothing to follow up with the courier company. They just confirmed the dispatch date and provided a courier number.

Excellent selection of soft fabrics that feel warm next to the skin. Excellent cuts and craftsmanship.
