Ordered over 10 days ago with what I thought was next day delivery. Client waiting on me installing this sink and can’t even get through to anybody. Go onto the tracking portal they have and it just says “processing” - emailed and no reply. Absolutely shocking, I didn’t realise it was abroad when I ordered.

Hi the goods arrived in good condition
Hi the goods arrived in good condition, I have fitted all the baskets in place working okay, a bit stiff to pull out once fitted, I will check to see if any adjustment on screw that connects runner to wall bracket. I went online for fitting instructions couldn’t see where the plastic bits went presume they are for screwing door front onto basket weren’t mentioned in the fitting video other than that were perfect wish I had ordered more for my garage cupboards, will try and sell some to my elderly friends so I can have a suitable order again cheers

Product very good delivery time not accurate
Product very good.
Delivery time of 1-2 working days very misleading . We were waiting a week. I understand things can get delayed but the most frustrating part was nobody emailed us to keep us updated. I had to chase them I emailed twice , first time no reply so emailed again 3 days later and finally got a reply stating there was a backlog and it should be dispatched later today .
