Impeccable customer service, as always
Once again, their customer service is phenomenal. I have made so many purchases at Kitchentime during this year alone because of that, I think I'm on my 8th or 9th order now for the year.
A special mention to Elin, Josef, Oona, Emily, Amanda, Nicole, etc whose names have kept popping up throughout the times I've contacted Kitchentime, and who have always solved my problems without any issues whatsoever. They are the reason I always look to buy from this store before I even consider any other places. Sorry if I forgot a name. Wish I could give them all a 6.

after they sent me a false product
after they sent me a false product, i spent few days chatting with them, and afterwards i was refunded but not even whole amount, even tho it was completely their misstake and they admited false advertising which they corrected afterwards.
Feels like i helped them to improve, on the my own cost of both time and money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ONLY PRETEND TO CARE!
If you see "Ebba" in signature of your mail, please ask for any other representative. Ebba lied to me and gave false informations as a kitchen time representative.

Trouble with multiple shipping charges when the goods were split up at/for shipping (then there should be only one) or none at all when the amount exceeds a certain limit. Bad/sad to have to deal with it myself and get it right.
