How It Works

After an order is placed, a bespoke number is assigned to each retailer source. During the authentication process, our CREW tags each pair of sneakers with our signature RFID zip tie.
The RFID tags enable customers to check all info regarding the purchased item, including purchase date, price model, sizing, and more. We are also able to trace every step and look back on every pair to the retailer they came from.
Verified authenticity
Every item sold on KICKS CREW is sourced directly from authorized retailers and brands. Before shipping, each item passes through our quality control centre, where it is inspected and verified against our authenticity and quality standards.

7-10 day processing time before…
7-10 day processing time before delivery even factored in. This is not clear at all from the website or app. Questioned the unreasonable length of time to process a simple one item order, which apparently is for “checks”. Nothing more specific than that. Asked to cancel so that I could order from somewhere where “checks” take at maximum a day and was told there was a 25% cancellation charge (also not clear from website or app). Because I tried to initiate the cancellation, I am told I have to start again from the 7-10 days. I guess for more “checks”.
There are much better retailers to get your products from. Don’t use these guys.

Order my son bookbag for school and it wasn’t shipped out until I contacted customer to see where it was. Now, it’s being shipped out. My son had to start school with no bookbag because kickscrew didn’t make sure they sent it out nor did they keep me updated on the shipping. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible!!!!’

The company has a great variety of shoes and I was able to find the shoes my little nephew wanted which I could not find in Texas. In less than two weeks he received them. It was well worth the wait l. He loved them and said they were very comfortable.

Do not make the mistake I did
Do not make the mistake I did. I ordered a Pokémon Centre ETB as described on their website for circa 250 pounds. In fact despite it being “checked” by Kicks Crew it was a normal ETB worth 110 pounds. It is a scam website based on Hong Kong. Not only was a ripped off but they are refusing to refund me. Scam. Avoid at all costs.

The product was good. It was great. Actually, and they were real. No knockoffs, but it did take quite a while to receive them. And a little overpriced, I'm also interested in the timberland 40 below espresso boot, and I believe on your site for a size 13 was around $2000. That is an extreme rip-off. When I can get the boots at Foot Locker or downtown locker room, 4 around 280 bucks.
