Avoid Kaizen Energy/Yuno Energy.

In my personal opinion, Kaizen Energy Ireland is one of the most outrageously incompetent companies I have ever encountered. My experience with them was a relentless parade of errors and indifference. Getting two different bills for the same month was the final insult – to me, it showed a level of disorganization that borders on unbelievable.

From my perspective, their customer service is a black hole where time, patience, and sanity go to die. Every interaction felt like dealing with a company that simply doesn't care about its customers at all.

through, I wouldn't To me, the whole experience was absolutely deplorable, infuriating, and a complete waste of time. Based on what recommend this company to anyone under any.

Worst company in existence

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Despite charging the highest prices on the market, they offer:

A non-functional app that’s the only way to control your apartment’s heating

No heating or hot water for over a month after registering — yet they still bill you for it

A standing charge you can’t opt out of, even if they provide no service, simply because your building is locked into their monopoly

A customer service team that is not only useless but condescending — they know you can’t do anything, since the agreement is with the building, not you

If you’re considering moving into a building that uses this company exclusively, don’t. You’ll regret it.

The company app is not up to scratch

The company app is not up to scratch. If you pay for heating it generally takes an hour or two for it to actually reflect on the app and for your heating to work. Secondly the company charges a daily fee whether you use their services or not. This is very concerning and unfair.

Horrible. If you can, choose any other provider

Horrible. Our heating is turned off and still my bills come at 80-90€ per month. After asking a question about a bill, which remained unanswered, I followed up on my question, to which their reply was to disconnect me without a warning. I have been trying to reach them all day and emailed them to reconnect us, nevertheless, the only answer we got was to email another address which did not get back to us at all. Reconnecting takes three days, a warning and an answer to a question about a bill is the least people should be able to expect. Since customers are often stuck with the provider chosen by building management, it seems Kaizen has no drive to provide reasonable customer service or service at all. Out of our residence several people have faced similar issues as well.
Do not recommend. If possible, choose any other provider on the market, you’ll be better off.

AVOID if possible will cost you 250% of normal heating kwh price

AVOID if possible it’s a total RIP OFF. They charge ca 250% of gas cost per kwh of what normal energy providers charge. I PAY 2x MORE JUST FOR HEATING with kaizen than i paid for BOTH gas AND electricity with SSE and Bordgais at old place (also in old place I had gas stove here I have electric so that's not even included in Kaizen bill...)
This is sort of legalized extortion (and unfortunately acts as a local monopoly if your apartment complex signs up for them...). This sort of thing should not be allowed in civilized country, they pretend they add extra value by providing prepaid service but that's no excuse for 250% higher rates and most people prefer down payment over prepaid anyway).

I'd recommend tenants to rise this with their landlords / building management companies, so that something can be done about this company...
You can also check opinions from other people on google to see I'm not alone in this claim.
