I placed my order over a month ago, and I still haven’t received anything. The order status also hasn’t changed since I placed it.

Could you please provide an update on my order and let me know when I can expect it to arrive?

I have ordered two jersey from them waiting more than a month to receive them email them many time because I didn’t have a tracking id once I received them it wasn’t the right jersey the forgot to but the name an number on the jersey worst company ever don’t order from here

I usually never write reviews but now I am.

I keep seeing reviews of people waiting 3-4 weeks for their jerseys and not coming. Yes it does take a while usually 3-4 weeks but now with the World Cup it takes longer. Their website literally put up a statement that orders will be delayed 2-3 weeks and people are putting a lot of 1 star reviews. I’ve ordered a lot from joyfball a lot and the jersey quality is amazing and prices are even even better. 30$ CAD for a Barca jersey player edition with a name on the back. It’s a steal. Orders 8 world cup jerseys on June 20th and came today on July 20th. Would’ve put 5 star but the only issue is delivering times takes a while but worth the wait.

Shit WhatsApp number doesn’t work don’t know the status of my shipment and don’t respond email

Although I said it was taking a while, this quality is amazing. If it came in 2-3 weeks it would’ve been 5 stars but it came in 6 weeks so it loses a star for that and being very hard to talk to. Some of the highest quality kits I have ever seen and they got everything I wanted perfectly.

Some of the best jerseys by far. Also really good prices. The only thing is it takes a bit of time to be shipped.

Purchase my shirt 28days ago and still says awaiting shipping, left message with customer service and i got no reply Order number WMZ69361

Would rate it a 0 if I could. It took a whole month for it to finally ship and my package still has not been delivered. This is the worst website to order from.

I ordered a Mexico jersey 2026 WC edition and it did take a while to arrive but the quality is really good no complaints great job from joyfball!

I've been waiting for my order longer than a month. They don't answer trough email, they don't have any phone number for people to talk with them, nothing. I really hope if you're reading this, never order from this store again. They said they have a lot of orders and that it will take an extra week or so for it to arrive. It's been two weeks, almoast three in a few days.

I ordered two football jerseys from Joyfball on 27 June 2026 (Order RKL45952), and payment was taken in full immediately. After the order confirmation email, I heard nothing — no dispatch notice, no tracking, no updates of any kind.

After 10 days of silence, I sent a formal written complaint asking for either tracking information or a full refund within 3 business days. The only response I received, over a week later, was a generic one-line message blaming "World Cup order volumes" — no tracking, no refund, no real engagement with my complaint at all.

Based on my own experience and the pattern I've since seen in other reviews here, I'd strongly recommend against ordering from this company. If you've already paid and are waiting on an order, I'd suggest contacting your bank about a chargeback sooner rather than later.

Guys don’t get joyfball jerseys they scam you they don’t ship your jersey and when it’s like 1 month later they just ask you for more money to reship it don’t trust these people at all

This company is a scam... don't trust it. I purchased $224 worth of jerseys, getting ready for the world cup. The company took my money and did not deliver the items purchased. Customer service is a joke, they claim the items were delivered, they even provided a link to track the items. The tracking website provides different data than the one the company claims. The tracking website still shows as the items abeing shipped. When I asked for a refund they stopped responding to my emails. I would give this company negative stars if I could. Be careful when buying from this company, they will only take your money.

Ordered 2 shirts on 19th June. Almost a month on and ive had no email update and when I click on the order it says "awaiting shipment"

I've emailed customer service with my order number and had no response. First time ordering from here and its been terrible so far. Im thinking of making a claim back on my credit card unless they sort it out.

I waiting 4 week and is dont have any e mail or something i thinik its a robbery

I ordered jerseys never got a confirmation email never signed up and it says my account doesnt exist looking for some type of communication i emailed to no response

fire quality, shipping took a bit long but i got what i wanted and everything was as good as i expected it to be

I’ve ordered from them before and everything went good but now I’ve ordered over 15+ shirts and it’s been awaiting shipment for 16 days now I’ve tried to contact them but it’s a real hassle

it’s been 16 days since i’ve ordered and haven’t heard anything, I tried emailing them and no answer, I feel like i’ve been scammed of the 3 jerseys I ordered for the world cup, i’m hoping someone sees this and gets this sorted out. First time ordering from here too.
