a problem come, they blame others, thats how Japan Photo deal with problems
When your costumer have a problem, you must to: TAKE THE HIT (doesn't matter whos fault), FIX THE PROBLEM, and GIVE THIS CUSTOMER A REASON TO BUY MORE WITH YOU. Very simple, but Japan Photo do the opposite, blame others, tell you that they solve the problem by telling the courrier to do not do it again cause "we dont like it" (looks like my sister back in the day telling me shes gonna say all to my mommy), and than they also are unable to fix the problem alone cause once who cause the problem wasnt them, they put all on the courrier, and they make clear for me to know it, hahaha, and for last but not the least, they give me zero reason to buy more, plus the service customer guy is sentimental, doesnt matter how polite I am, the dude is like a drama queen, and be aware, in Norway one employee does everything, so you do not dare to try to talk with another employee cause HE is the other employee, and if you call to complain, guess who is there to answer the phone?? ahahhaah be aware cause this is Norway, and that is how it is here!! Scandinaviam photo is quite the same, so Welcome to Norway, I suggest u to bu on Amazon, cause whatever the problem you have, they fix it, I know Norway have a good law for costumers, but depending what you going to buy Amazon is best.

Again, I just have to apologize for the way things turned out.
There was an error beyond our control when it comes to this order, and we still don't know why that error occurred, so we are in contact with our transport provider so that something like this doesn't happen again.
We got it shipped out as quickly as possible, but I completely agree that it's sad that this happened.
I was in close dialogue with you throughout the incident, so it was sorted out as quickly as we could. So I have to honestly admit that I disagree that we didn't do anything. I know that it's up to us to sort it out, but some things take time, and we got it fixed as quickly as we could here.
Hope it came out quickly and that you were satisfied with the products.

If you ordered by the deadline before Christmas, on 17.12. You should have received your order by Christmas Eve.
From the last week before Christmas, we drive trailers from production in Germany directly to our stores. There will therefore be no tracking at Posten. If it should turn out that you have not received the order as promised, contact us at support@cewe.no and we will take the matter further there.
