Excellent experience and the best customer service I have seen in my 15 years in Germany! Very friendly and responsive staff. Had ordered a slightly discounted phono amplifiers which was a customer return. It turned out it was just sold. The company provided a new item as same price! Moreover, since I was on holiday, at my enquiry, they delayed sending it until I returned. What else can I say? Will be my first choice for hifi stuff going forward!!
